If you are dreaming of a beach home with private swimming pool that has access to the Gulf of Mexico and that is close everything Sarasota- let us be the premier host for your dream vacation.

Your imagination will run wild with all the opportunities this newly remodeled beach house has to offer. Dive in and swim laps to meet the day in your private pool surrounded by a soaring privacy wall and lush mature tropical landscaping. A third of an acre size lot offers plenty of privacy and measures 100’x136’.

Fill the home with the gift of family and friends with four bedrooms, three full bathrooms and a very generous kitchen. Why eat out? A roomy extended lanai with screen enclosure allows you to live both indoors and out. Gracious pool decking allows sunbathing room for everyone. These beautiful images you see here cannot replicate the incredible multi-sensory experience you will enjoy as you walk the powder sand path lined by swaying sea oats and out across the beach to the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Ready for new adventures in shopping and dining? St. Armands Circle is a quick 3 minutes away offering over 100 quality shops, galleries, spas and restaurants. Love to “club”? The Longboat Key Club, Sarasota Yacht Club and Ritz Carlton Beach Club are both just a skip away, 5-7 minutes. And 20 minutes will get you to Sarasota Bradenton International Airport to pick up your guests. Come searching for seashells, rest in the sand dunes, stroll the beach, wade in the gentle waves, swim in the Gulf of Mexico as you vacation in paradise.

For enhanced safety measures, there are two exterior cameras installed on the premises – one positioned at the front, overlooking the driveway, and another at the rear, monitoring the pool area. Please note that no cameras are installed in the lanai or the interior of the property.

The house was exactly as the pictures on the Vrbo website,it doesn't have access to the private beach, however Lido beach is couple of minutes away.Very clean, with everything you need, very well equipped.The communication with the host was great and we really enjoyed our stay there!

What a wonderful home, perfectly located close to everything! It’s ideal for a large family, and we absolutely loved having a private pool to enjoy. We were able to walk to the circle, and the beach was just a short drive away. We will definitely stay here again!

This place was just as it's pictured, great layout for a couple or families with kids. Private location, close to the beaches and St Armands, restaurants, etc. Host was responsive and kind! We love Lido Key and Siesta and plan to come back for another stay this year :)

Great house and location. We enjoyed our stay. For those reading the reviews referencing the private beach with gated access please note it is not available to renters. This was a major reason we booked this property. Other than that an overall great experience in a very upscale and quiet neighborhood.

perfect family house!

We had a fantastic stay with 4 adults and a 2 year old! The house was complete with kid friendly toys, eating utensils and other thoughtful items. There were plenty of beach toys, chairs and a wagon that made it a perfect relaxing trip for adults and kids! The pool was beautiful and everything was as listed!

Great stay!

This is an amazing house and neighborhood! We spent the days relaxing in the pool and walking to St Armands Key and the nearby park/marina/aquarium area, all within about a mile walk. The private beach with key entry is incredible but is about half a mile walk or you can drive and park. The house was very nicely decorated and had all the necessities. We enjoyed our stay and hope to be back soon!

Even better than we imagined

Anna was a wonderful host. The home is clean, spacious, beautiful. The private beach was so convenient. We stayed with another family and everyone was very comfortable. We spent days at the beach but would also use the pool. Heading to town was easy and we even walked. I highly recommend staying in Anna’s home.

Great Spring Break

We stayed at this property for our Spring Break. The property was very clean and met all of our needs. The pool area was great. The neighborhood was really nice and the location was close enough to St. Armand's circle that we walked there a few times. The private beach access at the end of the street was priceless. Our communication with the property owner was excellent. Overall, it was a great property and stay for us!

Outstanding!

The property was everything as described, and the host was fantastic—responsive and helpful whenever needed. My family and I had an amazing stay in this gorgeous home in Lido Key. The pool was a hit with teens and adults, and the walk to the beach was so close and the beach was beautiful. Teen boys walked to St. Armand's Circle themselves and loved their freedom. First VRBO experience and it was terrific. Thank you Anna for your hospitality and for sharing your lovely home with us!

Lido beach

The property was nice. Some home repairs are needed. Entry is rotting. The plus to this property is in a great location. Easy access to beach. Lots of toys for kids and fun toys for the pool as well. Our vacation was perfect and Anna communicated well.

Perfect for two families!

Our two families, which included 4 kids, stayed for a week and had a wonderful time! The house was stocked with everything we could need including age-appropriate toys, games and equipment for our toddler (booster, pack n play). There is a terrific pool with tons of toys/ floats in the back. There is a secure alarm to access the pool which gave us great peace of mind with the kids. Communication with the host was also super easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent for wheelchair user

Our family enjoyed a week at this property. Anna was very good at answering our specific questions about wheelchair accessibility. She provided a ramp to the one entry step, and information about the tiny half-step inside that our wheelchair could bounce over.We were able to borrow for free a beach wheelchair from the lifesaver at the Lido Public Beach.This house has a kitchen that is well-appointed, so we did some cooking. But, the restaurants at St Armands were in easy walking distance, and we enjoyed some wonderful meals, and were happy to support the business owners who were flooded by Milton and Helene.This property has a lovely lanai, and a private swimming pool, with lots of big beach towels.The house itself is located on a smaller street with very little traffic. Parking is right in front of the house.There is a pathway to a private beach for your morning walk that is nearby.The house shows some very minor signs of age that didn’t bother us at all.
