Come and Retreat Yourself in the best vacation home in Wilmington!
The Sausalito Retreat is a boutique vacation getaway, perfect for couples and families, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy the huge backyard with a firepit, outdoor dining area, and playhouse. With an ideal location, you will be only 6.2 miles to Carolina Beach, 13.6 miles to Wrightsville Beach, and 10.4 miles to Downtown Riverwalk, and enjoy plentiful choices of restaurants and shopping at your fingertips.

The space
Whether you are relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine, listening to records in the living room over coffee, playing games in the front room, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, or playing in the playhouse, this vacation home has something for everyone to enjoy!

A coffee bar with Keurig, coffeemaker, water, and chocolate chip cookies awaits you on the counter!

The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, complete with an ensuite bathroom.

Everything we needed!

House was super clean. Beds extremely comfortable. Set up perfect for what we needed. This adorable house sure made our weekend getaway better!

Perfect

The property was perfect. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet and the host was wonderful communicating any necessary information. Also, the cookies were a very thoughtful addition. Highly recommend!!

Home away from home!

I cannot say enough good things about this adorable retreat! Everywhere you look there is an intentionally placed touch of beauty—from the light fixtures down to the silverware! This place is actually just as cute, pretty and fun as the photos, but actually better because I didn’t notice the floors in pics and they are beautiful. The fire pit with its own little marshmallow skewers and outdoor seating were the icing on the cake for us. The extra room in kitchen cabinets and pantry along with drawers in all bedrooms were just what our family of five needed. Even the bedside lamps that also charged your phone and TV’s in every room were awesome and had our teens wanting to come back. Every mattress was perfection (we have never experienced this) and the ease and simplicity of check out day was great and appreciated. The layout of the house in general was super family friendly. We loved how close everything actually is and even a workout gym down the street for our teenager was a plus. I cannot say enough good things about this place! You Wil not regret going here and we can’t wait to go back!
