The Sausalito Retreat is a boutique vacation getaway, perfect for couples and families, with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths. Enjoy the huge backyard with a firepit, outdoor dining area, and playhouse. With an ideal location, you will be only 6.2 miles to Carolina Beach, 13.6 miles to Wrightsville Beach, and 10.4 miles to Downtown Riverwalk, and enjoy plentiful choices of restaurants and shopping at your fingertips.
The space
Whether you are relaxing on the patio with a glass of wine, listening to records in the living room over coffee, playing games in the front room, roasting marshmallows by the firepit, or playing in the playhouse, this vacation home has something for everyone to enjoy!
A coffee bar with Keurig, coffeemaker, water, and chocolate chip cookies awaits you on the counter!
The Master Bedroom has a comfortable King sized bed, complete with an ensuite bathroom.
