Enjoy the house, back deck, hot tub, play set, and fully fenced yard all to yourselves. The creek and pond are shared areas, but it’s rare to find anyone else out there besides the birds.

This is a multi-family house, as it used to be a bed & breakfast. It has an upstairs and downstairs unit; this listing is for the upstairs half of the house, back deck, and fully fenced upper yard. The two units are completely separated, and each space has its own entrance. The door connecting the spaces is always locked. The back yard may sometimes feel like a shared space, and you may hear kids playing under the back deck or in the front yard. There is a privacy fence between both yards, so you won't have to see or interact with anyone downstairs during your stay.
