This stunning 7 bedroom lake house in Cadiz, Kentucky is the perfect getaway for families or groups. Boasting two full kitchens, you'll be able to prepare meals for all your guests with ease. The private dock provides the ideal spot for fishing, swimming or simply enjoying the breathtaking views of the lake. On chilly evenings, gather around the cozy fire pit for s'mores and good conversation or stay relax and unwind in our 7 seat freshwater/salt system Hot Tub. With ample space for everyone, this lake house is sure to create unforgettable memories.
Amenities include full main floor kitchen with gas range, spacious main bath and bedroom with adjoining office or children's space. Two queen bedrooms with en suite bathrooms round out the main floor. The ground floor contains a rec room with pool table along with a full apartment with gas fireplace. The back patio opens to a zero entry walk out to the hot tub and dock Dock outfitted with WiFi mesh network and portable Sonos speaker for streaming tunes while you soak up the sun. Fall in love with lake life here!

We loved this home for our extended family vacation. The location was great, home was very clean, and extremely spacious. We utilized every bit of the inside and outdoor living spaces. We were close to multiple boat ramps to put in watercraft and had lots of room in the driveways to park our vehicles and trailers. Would recommend to any large group!

What a beautiful place!

We loved our 4 night stay. The house had everything we needed and more! Beautiful lake views! Comfy beds. Keith communicated well and was super kind! Highly recommend this home!

We had a wonderful stay here. Keith was very helpful in getting things set up for us to arrive and in making sure that we had everything that we needed. Perfect setting for a stay with family/extended family of 13!

Return Guests because this place is Amazing!!

This is our second year in a row staying at this house. We are a family of 15, eight adults and seven kids. This house is perfect for meeting everyone’s needs. Every couple has their own bedroom and bathroom and the kids enjoy taking over the basement. We love the easy access to the lake and all the lake toys provided. In the evenings, we enjoy building a fire in the fire pit and hanging out on the deck. This year, the hot tub was a nice addition that everyone enjoyed throughout our stay. The owners really think of everything and are very easy to communicate with. We hope to come back next year for another vacation.

Fishing trip

Excellent property, very well stocked, beautiful and huge home with plenty of beds for a large group, and great communication from the host. I highly recommend it if you’re staying in the area.

Great family vacation accommodations

My kids along with their families (16 of us) meet each year for a long weekend getaway. This was the perfect place for us this year. The weather was amazing while we were there so the kids got to enjoy fishing and playing in the water with all the included water gear. The house was beautiful and well equipped, and we had plenty of room for the whole family.

Family Vacation

We had 11 adults with plenty of room to spare. House is well stocked with everything you need. Hot tub was nice addition. Would recommend to anyone who has a large group of people. Plenty of parking. Had a great week. Would stay here again!

Family getaway

Beautiful home with lots of space. Boat dock and lovely decks and fire pit. The house is close to running trails,Jeep trails and several more outdoor activities. Great vacation getaway.

Incredible place!!

The house is beautiful and tons of space. It was extremely roomy for our large group. So much is provided at the house, inside and out. It rained every morning we were there and we still had a blast with the shuffle board table and pool table. The owners quickly responded to any question I had. We will be staying here again!

This is a vacation destination for all ages. Beautiful Lake views, Two extremely well equipped kitchens. Beautiful safe shady neighborhood to walk, paved streets for ease in pushing a baby stroller All kinds of water toys in the garage. Everything you want is there! Bring your water shoes the rocks can be a little sharp.

Unbelievable view!

The view was even prettier than the pictures! We had the most enjoyable family vacation at this house. There were 5 adults and 3 kids with plenty of room left over. The house is in a prime location. Easy access for cars. Only about 20 min from a local grocery. Great location to other attractions in the area such as the Elk/bison prairie and horse back riding. we enjoyed use of the kayaks too! Couldn't believe how close this house was to the marina either. highly recommend this property!!! we hope to stay here again.

5 stars!! Absolutely perfect lake vacation home

Right when we walked in the door, we knew this place was going to be awesome! We vacationed with 14 people ranging in age from 75 to 8 years old. There is plenty of room, beds and bathrooms. The hosts thought of everything and were so friendly and easy to communicate with. They truly care that you enjoy their place and have a fun and relaxing vacation. Access to the lake was wonderful, it was not on a steep hill, and you could easily see it from the deck. We enjoyed all the lake toys in the garage. They kept the kids and the adults entertained all day long. We are already excited for next year’s vacation and hope to stay here again.

Unforgettable family memories

We absolutely loved every moment spent in this lovely home. It was truly a blessing to gather our family from near and far. Although the rain kept us indoors more than we had anticipated, the time we shared under one roof was priceless. The soothing sound of the rain, accompanied by the stunning rainbow, created views that we will cherish forever. This home provided the perfect backdrop for laughter, connection, and unforgettable. I noticed that the light fixtures over the pool table were not functioning correctly; it seems there may be a water leak in that area. I but please know that it does not diminish our love for this home. A new grill would certainly be a welcome addition, as well!

Don’t hesitate!

I have rented numerous homes over the years, this is by FAR the best rental and experience I have ever had! Not only is this home overly spacious, and the owner thought of everything! We were there to ride at Turkey Bay. The house is less than 20 min from the loading zone at Turkey Bay. We parked 4 trucks pulling 16’ trailers in the drive with room to spare. We had a total of 10 people, and there were several beds leftover. The property is beautiful and perfect for boaters also. I will rent this house again the next time I’m in town for sure. The friends we took with us thanked me several times for finding such a great rental. There are a lot of extras that I think need pointed out ( just what I noticed)… - waffle maker - Keurig and regular coffee pot - automatic whisky ice ball maker built into freezer - towel warmer in master bath - two sets of washer and dryers - On demand water heater (we all took showers at the same time and we never ran out of hot water). - Phone chargers all over the house, for every brand of phone. - The grill had a standby propane tank - Tons of water toys and fishing poles
