"The OutPost - Eat. Drink. Sleep. Bike"

The OutPost is a mixed use building with nightly room rentals and more attractions coming soon!

All reservations include breakfast at Maverick's Diner in the front of the building!! (2 guest breakfasts per night booked included in the price of the room up to $15, additional cost applies for added guests)

Located in The Historic Marthasville Hardware Building, built in 1895, we offer 6 nightly rentals for you to use on your journey. We have one Studio/1bath unit, two 2 bedroom/1 bath units and a 3 bed/2bath apartment available for rent on a nightly basis. Each room is themed after attractions in the local area

We also have a 2bed/1bath unit called "The Cyclist", A Studio/1bath unit called "The Historian" and a 3bed/2bath full apartment called "The Farmhouse". You can find the listings for our other units on our website or by clicking on our Account if your finding us on a 3rd party platform.

Marthasville, Missouri is a small town located in Eastern Missouri just a few miles North of Washington, Missouri and about 1 hour West of St. Louis! We are conveniently located in the heart of Missouri Wine Country with a whole host of wineries for you to check out. Take a bike ride on the famous Katy Trail, visit the home of Daniel Boone, Explore the shops of downtown Washington and sooo much more.

The Wineaux in The OutPost is the perfect place to lay your head after a visit to one of the many wineries located here as well as Augusta and Defiance.

The trailhead for Marthasville Katy Trail is right across the street! Bring your bike and go on a short ride, take a day trip or schedule with one of the local transport services for a longer ride by being dropped off or picked up!

Weddings galore take place here in the area at some of the local Wedding Venues and often at one of the area Wineries. We can host you and several of your guests for your special event!

Romantic getaways, Horseback riding, Winery tours, and the list goes on, can be arranged/scheduled for you by contacting us! We'dm be happy to make any arrangements needed for you!

A nice place

This is a really nice place in a nice little community. We stayed here for a ride on the Katy trail and enjoyed it a lot.

Room was clean and comfortable. The only issue was the restaurant right on the other side of the bedroom. The staff got there at 6am and it was VERY loud.

Biking and Beds

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Marthasville at the Outpost. Super accommodating for us and our bikes. The place was clean, comfortable, super creative design and exactly what we were looking for! We walked next door for pizza and the hand tossed crust was amazing. We will definitely return our room was perfect and being able to do laundry was great too.

The shower

Overall the property was great. We would only ask that they change the shower hardware to one easier to operate. Too many knobs and shower heads and no instructions. We almost scalded ourselves before we figured it out. A simple shower head with a handheld would suffice.

Perfect adult getaway

We enjoyed our stay very much! The furnishings and decor were lovely, and the communication with the management was good. It was a nice central location to stay while we visited the wineries in the area.
