An open floor concept and modern updates will make this mountain getaway feel like your home away from home. Conveniently located in Silverthorne, 20 minutes from Keystone and Arapahoe Basin ski areas, and 25 minutes from Breckenridge and Copper Mountain, this is an ideal mountain getaway that's far enough away to offer the quiet of a mountain neighborhood, while not sacrificing the convenience of being a short car ride away from the slopes.

This property also has a private hot tub for relaxing after the slopes. Come into a wide open, modern living room with great views of the Williams Fork Range. Sit back by the beautiful stone fireplace and sip on a cup of hot cocoa, watch TV, and enjoy time with family and friends in this modern mountain getaway!Swing on into a modern, updated kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, a regular drip coffee maker, and all of the utensils you need to make a home cooked meal after a hard day on the slopes in winter or mountain biking or sailing during the summer.


Upstairs there are 3 spacious bedrooms with amazing views of the mountains, each with their own bathroom for your convenience. The master bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom with a tub looking out over the pond. After a hard day on the slopes, the trail, or the lake, relax in your own private hot tub with gorgeous views of the pond and the Williams Fork and Gore mountain ranges. Your mountain getaway awaits you at Ponds on the Blue River in Silverthorne!

Exceptional home, quiet and peaceful on the pond. We especially enjoyed the Blue River Trail steps away. Accommodations were great…layout of home, cleanliness, kitchen very well stocked for all cooking needs. Amazing getaway…already booked for next year!

The Ponds is a DREAM place for summer/ early fall in CO. Paddleboarding on the pond, fishing in the river RIGHT around the corner, and hiking beautiful trails within walking distance! Everything works, and there is just enough in the kitchen to make cooking in easy. Walking to restaurants is also easy. LOVE this place. (and that you can have a well-behaved dog is a super bonus)

Perfect space

We stayed here with 4 adults and 2 kids. The bedrooms were the perfect size and plenty of bathrooms is always a plus. The location was perfect and not too far from everything.

Great propery for our stay

Stayed 2 nights so my granddaughtet and son could ski in Breckenridge. We were very comfortable in the home and the host was very quick to respond to any quwstions that we had. Would highly recommend thos home!!

Loved the location! Tucked away from the noise of town but still close and convenient. We were looking for a winter weekend getaway away from the ski crowds and enjoyed the wildlife and short walk to the Blue River.

We had a great stay on the pond front property that was a short distance from the recreation path and blue river. Loved having access to the kayak and outdoor seating.

Perfect mountain escape

Loved the property! Great location in Silverthorne, quiet but close to restaurants and shopping. The mountain pond just off the patio is perfect for kayaking or just sitting next to and taking in the views.

Annual Family Ski Trip

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for the five of us and our dog. The kitchen had all the essentials and the beds were very comfortable. The skiers loved the hot tub after skiing at the nearby resorts. The neighborhood was great for walking our dog along the blue river trails.

Wonderful place to spend with family!

Beautiful setting, private and very peaceful. Beds were very comfortable. Close to the Blue River, the Ponds and the bike trail. SO much to do from this "base camp" in Summit County. The office staff were very professional and helpful anytime I call them. We will rent again!

Family Ski trip

Our family was in town to ski. We found this beautiful property to stay at. It was very clean, spacious, and a great location to access local ski areas. The beds were very comfortable. There are plenty of towels and extra linens. The property is in a nice, quiet neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again!

This is probably our favorite place we have ever stayed. The condo was simply wonderful! Everything was so beautiful!! Extremely clean and so comfortable!!! We didn’t want to leave.
