Beautiful newer 2 bed/2bath home with hot tub in Two Rivers North

This newer home feels like a cabin with all of the comforts of home. Within 30 minutes you can be fishing, swimming or boating at Crescent Lake or Odell Lake, or eating a roasted chicken at Manley's. Within an hour you can enjoy Miller Lake, Waldo Lake, Crane Prairie, Wickiup, Davis Lake, Crater Lake National Park, Diamond Lake and Lemolo Lake. There are numerous other high lakes nearby as well. Chiloquin and La Pine are also within an hour drive. The Two Rivers North subdivision is remote and located in the Three Trails OHV Trail System. The Little Deschutes River flows through the subdivision. This is a recreational area with 1-3 acre properties with mostly gravel roads, where some people live year-round, some have vacation properties with homes or campsites, and there are some lots with just trees. Our 1 acre property has plenty of room to park your toys and you can ride straight from the property to the trails within minutes! We do have a shared driveway with respectful, quiet neighbors who keep their RVs at their property.

After a day of fun, either at the property or out and about, relax in the 4 person hottub, make s'mores and memories at the firepit, relax with a book in the hammock, or play some yard games and BBQ.

Our kitchen is fully stocked to cook up family meals, including an InstantPot and Crockpot and basic spices. We have a propane BBQ on the porch and a propane firepit, chairs and a picnic table to enjoy a cookout.

Due to insurance, water usage, sanitation and parking, the maximum capacity of guests on the property is 6. If you anticipate additional visitors or would like to park an RV on the property, please reach out to us to discuss whether we can accommodate that or not.

There can be significant snow accumulation in the winter months and roads are maintained by volunteers. A 4WD or AWD vehicle is needed to safely access when there is snow. The driveway will be plowed and entrance shoveled prior to your arrival.
