Newly Updated Perfect Family Condo with Vintage Arcade Games, sleeps 7

Ozark Refuge is a newly updated condo in the heart of Branson's entertainment district, right off the Branson Strip. Overlooking Thousand Hills Golf course, this two bedroom, two bathroom condo features a king bed with attached bath in one room, and a large second bedroom with two queen beds and attached bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to fix meals for up to seven people. Relax on the covered patio and enjoy the peaceful view of the mature trees and golf course. Take a dip in the community pool (open Memorial Day to Labor Day).
This is a walk-down level condo so there is one flight of stairs to get into the unit. Planning your stay is made even easier with our digital guidebook we provide to our guests. It's filled with everything you need to know about our place as well as our favorite restaurants and places to visit.
At just over a mile from the strip, you don't get much closer to all the shows, shopping and fun that Branson has to offer. You'll be a few minutes drive to Dolly Parton's Stampede, Wonder Works, The Titanic Museum, Tanger Outlets, The Branson Aquarium at the Boardwalk, Fritz's Adventure and The Branson Coaster, just to name a few! Not to mention incredible food and desserts, with Hurtz Donuts being a family favorite. The Branson Landing and Table Rock Lake are just 10 minutes away and Silver Dollar City is less than 20 minutes. Our family favorite, Lakeside Forest Wilderness area is just up the street at the corner of Fall Creek Rd and 76.

The space was very clean and the host was welcoming. There were 2 queen beds in one of the bedrooms and that was a big plus for us, as we travel with toddlers. Convenient location, right off Hwy 76 in Branson!

The kitchen had all we needed, even essentials like oil, sugar, and especially coffee. There were TVs in every room, which was great for our teenagers and games that we were able to play as a family. The beds were super comfortable and having a washer/dryer was great because it was raining all weekend. Excellent host, Excellent accommodations.

This condo was perfect for grandparents and 2 teenage grandsons. It was clean, roomy and comfortable. It was located near all the places we wanted to go to. And our host responded immediately to our messages in a very positive way. We would try to stay here if we return to Branson and we would recommend this condo to anyone we know who is looking for a place.

The host Justin was kind and let us check in early. The condo was cute, in a great location. Kid friendly. Justin responded quickly up until an event that made our stay go south, the communication then fell short until Vrbo was contacted. We came back after White Water to several roaches on the counter. Justin made this seem like it was normal to happen. He reports a pest control company comes quarterly to spray. He didn’t try to make things right, didn’t even apologize. Our family had to leave the condo late at night and drive home over 2 hours (yes, I could’ve stayed else where but I already paid for one night here). I forgot my luggage in the main room and Justin had the cleaning service ship it to me. I had to ask Justin to cover the charges, which he did agree to. If the roaches weren’t a problem, it would’ve been a nice stay.

We really enjoyed our stay, very nice ccndo/layout for 3 children and 2 adults. We had what we needed to cook breakfast and there were plenty of towels and supplies for the dishwasher and laundry. The only minor annoyances were the dirty corners of the floors and the 2 clocks with dead batteries and the lamp in one bedroom that you couldn’t turn on cause the knob was broken off.

This Condo was perfect for our family vacations. its a close drive to the Branson strip, only a few minutes from cakes and cream fifties diner. quite location, pool is great and was never crowded, condo had everything we needed. would recommend for anyone traveling to Branson.

This is a great place to stay. Right on the golf course. Close to pretty much everything in Branson. Very clean. Beds were comfortable. Overall a great stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. It was clean and it had everything we needed. Location was very convenient and gave us several easy ways to get to all the attractions. Pool was just a short walk past the next building. We would stay here again.

We had a comfortable stay. The beds were comfortable and the living room furniture too. The primary bath tub didn't drain well during showers, and some things were dusty / dingy but it's much cleaner than many hotels we've visited in the area. Great location, very cute sun room, and some fun card and board games.Very accommodating host also. Fairly last second we asked to drop off our bags a bit early and he answered promptly. Thank you!

Perfect Branson Get-a-away!

Great condo, perfect location, exactly as described. Clean, beds were comfortable, everything we needed was there. Comfortable and cozy. The setup was perfect for mom, dad and 2 teenagers. Will definitely book again!

We had a great stay with our family. The double room was perfect for me and my kids to stay together. Location was close to everything and easy to access.We had a situation with a sick kid and the owner responded immediately to help us. Great communication. Thank you for everything.

Enjoyable stay with a hiccup

The property is as advertised, it’s a great location, I’m sure the view from the sunroom is beautiful in the summer. Beds were comfortable, the showers had good water pressure, and the ROKU tvs were a bonus. When we arrived, there was water leaking from the ceiling near the front door. The leak got progressively worse during our stay. By the end, we had 2 pots and towels in the middle of the entryway to soak up the water. It was inconvenient, although not the owners fault. Communication with the owner was timely. Property instructions for arrival and departure were clear.

Beautiful Condo perfect for a family

The host was amazing, always checking on us. It was so easy to find and so close to everything but you felt hidden. We had a fantastic family getaway and just got to relax and enjoy our time together.

Great place

This property was excellent for our family. It was located convenient to the strip, well maintained, and the gaming system and movies assisted in entertaining my crew. The host was wonderful as well. Would certainly stay here again.

Wonderful condo

Everything about this condo was great. I am returning to Branson in a few weeks & would have booked it again if it wasn’t full on my dates, and I rarely like to use the same VRBO multiple times. It was so clean, comfortable & convenient!

We love the Branson area because there is so much to do with our family. We bought this condo as a place to stay for our family when we vacation in Branson and rent it out so others can enjoy it too. We have updated a lot of the condo since we purchased it and have made it comfortable for our family of 5 to stay so it will be comfortable for your family too. Our kids love visiting Branson and staying in our condo to play video games on the Pandora's box vintage gaming system on the TV in the bedroom with two queen beds.

この宿泊施設の特徴

This condo is located so close to everything we love in Branson. It is just minutes from the strip and close to local hiking trails we love to use. Silver Dollar City is less than a 20 minute drive. We have it set up for seven guests. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and serve for seven, and it is all new. There are three beds, a futon and a sofa to sleep on. We recently purchased a Pandora's Box vintage video gaming system to use on the TV in the double queen bedroom so our kids could play when we visit. It has been popular with guests too because there are over 5,000 different retro games you can play.
