Restored 1942 luxury coastal retreat in the heart of SSI. Sleeps 14 across a 4BD/3BA main home + private 1BD/1BA cottage.

Perfect for holiday trips, family gatherings, golf groups, reunions, and extended winter snowbird stays. Enjoy breezy porches, firepit evenings, and a central location 5 minutes to the beach, Village, and top dining.

Flexible stays + winter specials!

Main House: 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully stocked kitchen, workspace, laundry, and cozy living area.

Private Guest House: 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchenette, and living space.

Perfect for multigenerational families, wedding groups, girls’ weekends, golf trips, retreats, and more.

Enjoy breezy porches, play yard games under the live oak canopy, or gather around the firepit surrounded by Spanish moss.

Located just 2.2 miles from the beach and a quick drive to the island’s best restaurants, shops, spas, and activities. You’ll be 10 minutes or less from everything the island has to offer—whether you’re headed to the south end village, the beach, or the north end marshes.

Guest House Use: Adds a $50 cleaning fee (paid directly to our provider). This will be requested separately after booking and must be paid before check-in.

Age Requirement: Must be 30+ to book. For every 4 guests under 21, one adult aged 30+ must be present on site.

Verification Required: Guests will be asked to complete a secure ID verification before check-in. This includes the option of a refundable deposit or purchasing a damage waiver (recommended for protection against accidental damage).

Beautiful home & great location!

We enjoyed our long weekend. We had a mix of teens and young adults with us and everyone loved the house. Plenty of room, clean, tons of amenities. Fully stocked kitchen, tons of games for the kids!

Family House

This property was perfect for our family of 10, 8 adults and 2 children! We had a little issue with the door codes, but partially due to being granted an early check-in (which was appreciated). The house was well stocked and we had everything that we needed during our stay! We enjoyed our stay!

Family vacation

Everything about this house was perfect! My entered family loved it! My grandma was in a wheel chair and it was very wheel chair accesible which we appreciate! Communicating with the property manager was so easy and she was very nice! Definitely recommend staying here!

Family vacation

We visited to participants in the turtle race and my family all came out to cheer my sister and me on. The house was perfect for the different ages and accessible needs. My grandma (92) was fine with the 3 steps on the front and back porch. My aunt and uncle took the inlaw suite as he is hardly able to walk and the suite was perfect was his needs. So happy to have found a house that offers space and suited all of our needs. Cant wait to visit again next year for this special race.

Davis House

Great house with plenty of space for a big group. Great back porch to enjoy your coffee, the guest house is also a great bonus space/1 bd apartment. We did some cooking for breakfast, all the pots/pans/cooking utensils you would need. Highly recommend this home, communication was great with the host and if you stay, you must go to Southern Soul BBQ, best I have ever had.

Perfect home for our friends weekend!

A 25 year book club celebration was the reason for this visit. The immaculate home in a terrific location are the reasons some of us will return in the future! We found the space perfect for our group of 13 with plenty of sleeping space as well as lots of counter space to work from. The location is central to all the island has to offer: a quick drive to the lighthouse and z Christ church alike. Our group highly recommends this lovely home!

A wonderful retreat for a group!

Our large family had plenty of space to spread out with all of the bedrooms and large living area. There are so many thoughtful details in the home including Public Goods citrus soaps, Wake Up Coffee, and extra towel hooks in the bathrooms. The kitchen is well stocked with cookware and dishes. Beds are comfy and they had some cute puzzles and books for the kids. Great location close to grocery stores, shopping, and restaurants. Owner is very responsive to messages. We would stay here again :)

Great Christmas Family Vacation

We booked this darling spot for our 3rd annual Christmas Family Vacation. We get together with our adult kids and Grandkids for 5 days every year as we live in different states. This was perfect for us! We enjoyed days cooking, eating and relaxing. Eves were spent by the firepit making s'mores. Our grown kids said this was perfect because we were all close together in this space. The guest house was a bonus for our youngest son and his girlfriend. The kitchen was well stocked and great for us all to cook in together. Cozy all around and close to shops and sites. We had a blast and hope to visit again!

Ladies Retreat 2024

Me and 9 other ladies ranging from mid thirties to mid seventies come to St. Simons for a ladies retreat. We enjoyed the house as we each others fellowship, food and streaming sessions from the Answers Women’s Conference from the Ark Encounter in Kentucky. The conference was sold out so we enjoyed watching at our own pace since some of our ladies might not have made the long drive from Florida to Kentucky, but the drive from Live Oak to St. Simons was too much for us. We did the same thing last year and pray to continue making it a yearly tradition.

Fun family Weekend Getaway

We had 3 generations staying in the house and we had a blast. The house and neighborhood are so very charming. Every element of the house and guest house are decorated perfectly and the backyard is so nice for hanging out. The house is located perfectly and near everything!!! We loved it.

Hiroki is our head honcho, our 5 star michelin chef, our resident foodie, our musical genius who plays a mean guitar (and any other instrument he picks up), our comedic relief, our fixer of all things, and when he’s not practicing medicine he’s never far from the loves of his life.

And I’m Susan, our family’s COO. When I’m not sharing my love of the Coastal Lowcountry, I'm a social entrepreneur who helps others build purpose driven businesses they love around the lives they’re called to live. I’m a Daughter of the King, married to medicine, neurodiverse homeschooling, minion wrangling mama of 5, who loves encouraging others, drinking earl grey tea and decaf lattes, riding horses, and spending time in God’s creation.

I was raised on this sleepy barrier island in Coastal Georgia where time stands still, and we now call the breathtaking Sonoran Desert our home.
