Pristine ranch house with wrap around porch, gorgeous views of Mogollon Mtns. or private riparian area. Excellent birding, hiking, bicycling, relaxing and rejuvenating to be had, only two miles from the Gila National Forest Away from it all, but within day trip distance of Silver City, NM, Tombstone, AZ, Gila Cliff dwellings, Ft. Bowie, AZ, White Water Canyon Catwalk. All the history, archaeology, geology, starry skies and sunshine the high desert is known for, with very comfortable accommodations at the end of your busy days. 2.8 miles of private trails, water courses, trees, meadows, wildlife and wildflowers out the back door. Fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher, washer, dryer, and kennel for your well-behaved dog. Off the beaten path, with all the serenity, space and solitude you crave.. Perfect for writing, research, plein air landscape studies or just wandering.

Susan was a wonderful hostess very accommodating to our needs. We were surprised when we open the refrigerator we had 2 dozen fresh eggs. We all enjoyed our Thanksgiving dinner with the family. Had plenty of space.

Everything you could want! This place has everything from plush extra towels to a complete set of dishes and cookware. The host went above and beyond, exceeding all expectations and making our stay truly unforgettable!

Susan was amazing to deal with from start to finish. We had a special request and she helped us out without question. We will definitely be staying here again, over and over. And to be gretted with our last name at entry road really helped us out. She also gifted us with some beautiful chicken eggs from her chickens. From start to finish nothing could have been different for us to enjoy our stay. Beautiful quiet property. Thanks again SusanSee you soon

Beautiful sunsets & lush vegetation

My wife and I had a wonderful stay here with our dog. There were cows roaming the adjacent property and perfect weather during the day. The nights held fireflies and beautiful sunsets. Overall a great house and my wife and I will definitely stay here again if we are back in the area.

Feels just like home.

The owners of this property have done everything to help you feel completely at home. Seeing our name on the property gate as we drove up helped put our mind at ease that we had made it after a long day of traveling. Everything was clean, organized, and the farm fresh eggs in the fridge were the icing on the cake. In the morning, I suggest opening the curtains in the living room to see the gorgeous morning views! And the lightning bugs at night were fantastic! Everything was better than expected complete with comfy beds! Thank you for making this an excellent family trip!

Wonderful place to stay

Such a wonderful place to stay. The house is plenty big with all the amenities needed to feel at home. The owner was very responsive and curtious to any questions we had, which made it that much better of a stay. Beautiful views in all directions to enjoy!
