Slice of Heaven-walk to the beach!

Hi, my name is Michelle and I live in Charleston, South Carolina. I am a registered nurse and I’ve traveled the country working in various hospitals. A few years back, I decided to purchase this beautiful condo by the beach and it has been my piece of paradise. Being there just makes me feel happy. September 2024 hurricane Helene hit and we have been in the process of rebuilding and back on our feet ever since. It has been a long road but as I write this today, February 2025 almost a year and a half later I am excited to say my condo will be fully remodeled andavailable at least by April 2025. If it comes available prior to April, I will update this section. I will have updated pictures for you all. The current pictures are before the hurricane hit. I’m excited to hear from guests that have enjoyed the special place in the past as well as new guests that will experience it in the future!! It truly is a special community who have banned together to support one another during this last 17 months. I can’t wait for you to experience it yourself.

Walking distance to bars, restaurants, live music and the beach. CVS grocery store is conveniently within walking distance as well.

Beautiful cozy beach house feel, 15 minute drive to Saint Pete and Indian rocks Beach as well as about a 20 minute drive to Clearwater. What I love about the location of madeira Beach yacht club is the fact you can walk pretty much anywhere. The beach is just across Gulf Boulevard and mini bars and restaurants are within walking distance. CVS, abc store, and grocery stores within walking distance as well. A lot of guess don’t even usually rent a car. However, if you will be exploring the areas around Madeira Beach you probably will want to rent one. It is super easy to fly into Tampa and catch an Uber or your rental car and head down to Madeira Beach.
