The master bedroom has a king size bed and large closet.
The second bedroom has a full size bed and a twin bed and a closet.

The bathroom is a new remodel and has a walk-in shower.

The Living Room has a couch, loveseat, and additional chair.
There is a Smart TV and WIFI!

The dining room table seats six people and there is a high chair.

Washer/dryer for guest use in utility room.

The kitchen is well set up with everything you need to cook meals. You supply the groceries!

Reservations with pets are given top priority!
Pets ACCEPTED ON A CASE BY CASE BASIS

House is two bedroom/1 bath with original hardwood floors in the bedrooms and living room.

Large grass backyard

4 outdoor security cameras clearly visible for safety -- one covers front door, one covers back door, one covers the driveway, and one covers the back yard.
They are only monitored when the house is UNOCCUPIED unless there is concern and a reason to view them when guests are present.

TOS Rental Agreement due before checkin -- covers house rules, checkin/out instructions --- All checkins are done in person --- include quick tour of the house to eliminate worries/questions. Checkin is between 3 pm and 8 pm only. Please plan accordingly. Thanks!

Easy check-in the owner. Mattis showed us round, gave us code. Beds were comfy shower excellent kitchen fully equipped, very comfortable place.

We stayed here a few days during a snow storm; the house kept us cozy. The master bedroom bed was very comfortable. The host was very friendly and helpful bringing us a snow shovel to clear steps and walk. The kitchen was well appointed with cookware and appliances all worked flawlessly. The home’s decor added a really fun touch.

Clean and comfortable

Perfect option for those looking for privacy and more space. Nice house in a Central location. Great extended stay option. Especially when compared with the rates of hotels in the area.

Much better than a hotel

Comfortable house in a central location. Close to Ft Sill and Lawton’s shopping area. Host is accommodating but not intrusive. Full kitchen with appliances, clutch! Nice bathroom and king bed. 2 separate rooms with beds. The internet was the biggest let down. It’s not great but it’s….something. We had a comfortable 3 week stay, highly recommend.

Sorry about the Internet issue! I wish I would have known! Please let me know in a private message what the issue was so that I can see if I can get it rectified. The house has its own dedicated Internet and it should not have issues. :-(

This woman is bizarre. Multiple lies, lying about having a genuine ADA service dog when she did not. Trashed the house, destroyed property, and took several items from the house. VRBO awarded me $500 restitution/damage deposit for the damage and loss. She is hiding or running from something and scared for anybody to know her name or see her ID. Honestly, she should be banned from the VRBO site for the stunts that she pulled.

Good experience

For the price, the Wizard World Cottage can't be beat. The king-size bed was very comfortable and my dog and I enjoyed having a large backyard that was easily accessible from the back door. Overall, our stay was enjoyable and comfortable.

Graduation stay

The house was perfect for our trip, it has everything we needed, the owner was very nice and the house was clean. We traveled with our teenage daughter, our English Bulldog and Bull Terrier mix, they were all very comfortable in the home and so were my husband and I. We would recommend staying here.

My stay in Lawton

Excellent Excellent from start to finish. Our host was one of most amazing host you can ever ask for. She is very efficient in all areas. Our flight got delayed which caused us to arrive at 11pm. Our host didn’t complain one bit of the late arrival time. She even was our live GPS from the airport to the property. The property is very clean and comes fully equipped kitchen. The neighbor is quiet.
