Guests will be asked to sign House Rules/Terms of Service online after booking within 24 hours.

2 outdoor security cameras clearly visible for safety -- one covers front door and driveway the other covers the side yard between apartment and main house.

They are only monitored when the house is UNOCCUPIED unless there is concern and a reason to view them when guests are present.

TOS Rental Agreement due before checkin -- covers house rules, checkin/out instructions --- All checkins are done in person --- include quick tour of the house to eliminate worries/questions. Checkin is between 3 pm and 8 pm only. Please plan accordingly. Thanks!

South of Gore Avenue, Fort Sill Blvd is 11th street and goes south to the Lawton/Ft. Sill Regional Airport. You can get anywhere you need to be in Lawton in less than 20 minutes from this centralized location.
