Twin Palms is all new! Just recently remodeled this duplex is close to everything. Shopping, restaurants, beaches, sightseeing, bars, spas, sports, parks, airports are all very close by. It is truly in the heart of Fort Myers. Two royal palms in the yard are beautiful, it is rumored that they could have been planted by Thomas Edison.

Nice Place to Stay

The house was clean and had what we needed. Be aware that the plumbing is old and you cannot flush toilet paper down the toilet. I found this out after we booked and was disappointed.

Snow bird

The accommodations were very nice, quiet at night, someone else reviewed that they need darker curtains in the livingroom, very true. The neighbor across the street has a flood light that comes through the door windows as well as the curtains. People walk their dogs and stop at the mailbox where they can see through the entire house sitting on the couch you can see them with their flashlights. Would have liked a patio area in the back to sit in the sun.

Fort Myers Getaway

Very nice property. Everything that was as expected. Neighborhood was quiet and walkable. Convenient to stores, beaches and airport.

We are a family of 5! Twin Palms is our first house in Florida. We enjoy staying there and visiting Fort Myers while spending time together as a family before our children grow up and are out on their own. Our family hopes that you enjoy Twin Palms as much as we do.

This Villa is so close to everything. You name it and it is close by. Some of our favorites are the beach, shopping, shelling, fishing, kayaking, walking down the street for a spa day, manatee watching and eating seafood! My husband and I spent many hours remodeling the villa to make everything clean, fresh and new.
