Great location

Wonderful communication, was able to check in early when original plans fell through. Perfect location close to beach and many shops and restaurants.

Wonderful little pad!

GREAT little pad near the beach and 2nd Street! Property management was responsive and use of the property was easy! Small parking behind the property was key to this ease. Ask about using a space for a reasonable rate. Windows and ceiling fans are the only ventilation. There is no central air of any sort. It was a little warm during the day when temps were above 80 but cooled quickly at night. FYI. Thanks for the wonderful stay!

Just as described and very satisfied with stay

This apartment unit is exactly as it looks in the photos. Very clean! Excellent communication with host. Parking was a challenge and we had to park a few streets over. You can pay $25 per day to use their parking spot, bit I feel this should be included in price. Location was great as far as proximity to beach. Just across the street behind Chucks Diner (a must for breakfast)! Very noisy and the alley is right out the bedroom window. This is the only reason I rated location as a 4. I felt very safe walking alone in either direction on the strret/Beach. Thank you, LL

Very clean and comfortable

Property had just been recently remodeled and they did a beautiful job. The host was very attentive and available when needed. The location was close to the beach. Street parking was difficult so highly recommend paying the extra money for designated parking behind the building. Overall it was a great stay.
