Kick back and relax in this calm, quiet oceanfront stylish studio on the Long Beach peninsula. Lots of restaurants and shopping close by. Walk on the sand and collect shells, take a relaxing stroll on the boardwalk, or to the pier, paddleboard and kayak in Alamitos Bay, share a romantic gondola.

Close to LAX, John Wayne and Long Beach airports, Disneyland and Knotts Berry Farm, and more. Or just sit on the patio to relax and watch the kiteboarders and gorgeous sunsets, maybe you'll see a green flash.

Our beach unit is a large spacious studio apartment that accommodates 2 adults (and 2 children) with a very comfortable king size bed, plus a double bed if you need to bring the kids). The bathroom has a large shower. The Kitchenette has a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster, keriqu coffee maker and a hot water pot. (But not a full kitchen, no stove, no oven, no sink) Fast internet (500 mps) and a large screen TV 55 inch (Nextflix, Vudu, Amazon video, YouTube, Spectrum, sign in via your internet apps).

Oceanfront patio with Adirondack chairs, table, & BBQ. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and sand toys are provided. Free parking on the street is available

The property is completely Non-Smoking (cigarette, vape, pot) both inside the apartment and on the porch. Smoking on the premises will result in a fee of $250.00. You may smoke on the street or away from the property.

No pets allowed. $250 fine if a animal is found on the property during your stay. *We keep our units pet free for the future guest and their possible allergy concerns. If a dog is bought to the unit we have to have the carpets clean and the unit complete sanitized so we can offer a pet free environment. Which also takes an extra day to prepare again for the next guests. Thus this is why the $250 pet fee is charged.

No gatherings or parties are allowed and no loud noises or music; Guests must be 25 years old to book the property. Please be respectful of the neighbors and quiet neighborhood.

The studio is an attached separate apartment within a 3-story triplex home. Access is through an outside electronic keypad entry to a separate apartment residence. There are four additional doors inside the unit: 1) locked closet, 2) heater access, 3) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a refrigerator) 4) accessway (closed, deadbolted, blocked by a clothes rack) 5) locked bedroom door (no access).

The Host lives on the premises in another unit in the triplex and is available to help or answer questions at any time.

It is a wonderful place to stay! The host was very welcoming and helped us in many ways, easy to contact, providing everything we could need. Very nice accommodations, very comfortable room. Quiet, safe, easy to get to, close to many restaurants and stores. It has a very comfortable covered patio facing the beach and ocean. We enjoyed it very much!

Great communication with Kim! The studio apt was very clean… beautiful view of the beach/ocean. We enjoyed some much needed down time and this was the perfect place!

Absolutely fabulous getaway. Everything we needed was already there. Close to grocery and many restaurants. The view and the ocean breeze added to the sound of small waves was mesmerizing. So grateful.

What an amazing stay! The host was so helpful. She even saved a parking space for us. There are actually two rentals available so you can have rent both. What an amazing place. I will definitely try and book this property again.

A great stay on the beach

We had a great stay at the beachfront studio. The beach was very quiet so it almost felt like we had it all to ourselves. It was nice having a full sized fridge but doing dishes was difficult in the tiny sink so I recommend carryout because you have an ocean view from the seats on the porch! It was very nice walking up and down the boardwalk as well, a really cute area.

Super location! Never in my wildest dreams would i have imagined sleeping to the sound of waves. Beds were comfortable and there were plenty of towels. The owner spent a lot of time with us sharing activities in Long Beach. I grew up here but a lot has changed in 20 years! Be aware that while the owner has equipped the studio very well and tried to make it work for breakfasts, there is no full kitchen, only a microwave and a refrigerator. Wonderful outside eating area overlooking a serene,virtually private beach.
