1-room studio 18 m2, on the ground floor. Comfortable furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 190 cm), TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. The photos look very nice but the apartment is Very small, the kitchen has nowhere to store any provisions & it would be difficult to cook in due to lack of space. The bathroom is also very small with the WC being in a small corner, not visible from the photos. The bedroom is downstairs in the basement , the stairs are a bit dangerous & it is very damp downstairs !! There is parking in the street but you take your chance & sometimes it is a long way from the apartment (especially in August). It seems as if the photos have been taken in a bit of a deceptive way. It is very convenient for the beach & centre of Carnac.

Situation de la chambre à coucher

La chambre à coucher se trouve au sous-sol. Là-bas, il fait très humide et ça ne sent pas frais. Impossible de dormir là.

Wohnung optisch gut in Schuss, in zweiter Reihe zum Strand von Carnac. Für uns Senioren hatte sie in der kühleren Herbstzeit leider einige Probleme: 1) An Wohnungstür fehlt ein Hinweis "Achtung Stufen, Sturzgefahr!" 2) Elektrische Heizungen mangelhaft: a) im Bad Regulierung defekt, b) im Wohnzimmer Bedienelemente nicht einsehbar, c) Schl.zi. ok 3) Schl.zi. im muffligen Keller mit ungeschützter Treppe 4) Kü.messer alle stumpf Mitarbeiter höflich, aber untätig.

Schöne, zentral gelegene Wohnung

Schöne, saubere Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und vor allem sehr zentral. Wir haben die zeit dort sehr genossen. Allerdings hatten wir auch gutes Wetter und konnten immer auf der Terrasse essen. Bei schlechtem Wetter ist es nur in der Wohnung etwas eng.

La location n'est pas tout à fait conforme à la prestation payée attendue - Le sous-sol a été inutilisable dû à un très fort taux d'humidité et odeur de moisi car deux pans de mur en pierre humides non visibles sur les photos Gros risque sanitaire- Obligé de dormir dans le canapé lit inconfortable et de garder ses affaires dans les valises - Dommage car la location est très fonctionnelle, propre et très bien située - A recommander après travaux

Petit mais très bien pensé et conçu. Chambre au sous sol donc fraîche. Manque mode d'emploi pour plaque de cuisson. Manquait la wifi qui va être installée. Indication de l'emplacement des containers pour poubelles serait utile. Très agréable de trouver les produits de base, huile et vinaigre seraient bienvenus. Très bon emplacement.
