Relax in a spacious, beautifully maintained resort condo in Santa Rosa Beach—perfectly located near dining, biking, and private beach access, yet far from crowds. Guests love the huge balcony, spotless interior, and the peaceful, family-friendly atmosphere that makes Top Notch feel like a true getaway.

To help ensure a smooth stay, we kindly ask all guests to complete our rental agreement (available to review before booking) and provide a credit card for a refundable security deposit hold. A starter supply of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dishwashing liquid, trash bags, dishwasher tablets, laundry soap, coffee, coffee filters, and salt & pepper will be provided for your stay. The cabin has a fully equipped kitchen, washers/dryer, towels, and linens.

Decor and furniture may be updated seasonally for a fresh look

Hurricane Helene evacuation stay

We had a great stay. The beds are comfortable and the sheets are nice. The kitchen is well stocked. The location is perfect, not too loud from the street or pool.

Great Place!

Property was great. Owners were responsive. All around solid place to vacation with the family. Only note to the owners would be that it would be great if there were some basic seasonings (salt, pepper, garlic powder, etc.) in the kitchen. A lot f VRBO's do this and it's really helpful. But, that being the only feedback I have, it was all an all around great stay! Appreciate it.

Awesome Property!

What a perfect place! Location was terrific- right on the beach. Pool was fabulous. The condo had everything we needed and more. Well stocked kitchen, 2 awesome beach chairs, comfy beds. It was the perfect home away from home with plenty of room for our family of 5. We rented bikes and had a great time. Walking distance to Blue Mabel which has the best bbq. Definitely would stay here again!
