Just 2 miles from Southend and 3.5 miles from center city Charlotte this home puts everything that Charlotte has to offer at your fingertips. The home also backs up to Clanton Park, a 77- Acre Green Space offering walking trails and recreation areas putting everything nature has to offer literally in your backyard. Not to mention Dr. Charles L. Sifford Golf Course and practice facility is within walking distance from your front door.

The house was renovated early 2022 and everything within it is practically brand new, including spa-like bathrooms to help you relax after your travels. Property is very private and located on a quiet street. Sleeps 2 adults comfortably in guest bedroom with Queen bed.

Each guest can enjoy added amenities including free Keurig coffee (with various flavors to choose from) and toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo/conditioner, toothbrush and toothpaste). Linens are included and are inspected and cleaned before each stay (4 towel sets, bed sheets and pillow cases). Washer and Dryer available for use, as well as a complete kitchen.

Your pups will love the deck and the large, fenced-in backyard, not to mention playtime in the park next door!

Check-in after 4pm, Check-out before 4pm. Times can be adjusted as needed depending on availability by contacting the owner.

Notes:
- Propert has outdoor security cameras that are monitored by security company and/or cloud backup if activated. Cameras cover the deck, driveway, front-porch and areas of the back yard.

Great Host and fantastic stay!

Michael is fantastic and accommodating! He provide us with some much details about the area and the property. The house was very organized, clean, and maintained. Property was very accommodating and has a great backyard with an amazing view.

Updated and dog friendly!

The house is clean and fresh, and very close to Southend, where we were visiting someone. The owner has provided lots of little extras...from water bottles and coffee pods to candy and dog bowls and toys. The fenced yard is awesome! We had a very enjoyable visit!

Awesome for us and the dogs!

We are selling our house and needed to be away for the weekend. This was a great place- clean, remodeled house with just enough room for us and the 2 pups. Nice fenced in backyard for the dogs to roam. Security system and ring cameras made us feel safe. Michael communicated well and was a great host! 5 stars from us :) !

Paw-fect getaway 🐾

Michael’s home is exactly as pictured - beautiful! Immaculately clean and I’m hard to impress in that department. I brought my pooch with me and the fenced in yard was such a treat for us apartment dwellers. Michael is a fantastic and thoughtful host. 10/10 recommend!

Incredible

My wife and I can’t say enough great things about our stay. The property owner (Michael) was incredible from the time we got to the property until we left. The property itself was immaculately cleaned and everything you needed for the stay was available. Quiet neighborhood with a beautiful outdoor area, plus a park next door to go for a walk or even a run. Now for the best part. Michael loves dogs! Not just his own but any pooch that stays at his property. Food bowls, water bowls, outside dog beds, shaded dog beds, and even leaves treats! If you want to stay at an incredible property and communicate with an owner that goes out of the way with any situation. This is the place for you. If my wife and I are brought back to the Queen City in the future l, we won’t hesitate to stay here again.

Wonderful place to stay in Charlotte!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a long weekend. The home is beautiful and located within easy access to downtown Charlotte as well as other areas. We had no problem getting around the city. Check-in and out was easy. We appreciated the instructions that were left for how to operate the TV and such, as well as clearly marked electrical switches for what operates what. The home was immaculately clean and very comfortable. It looks exactly as pictured on the listing! Being able to bring our dog was a huge PLUS! The backyard is spacious and beautiful, and we loved sitting on the deck while our fur baby played. Check out being at 4 pm rather than in the morning was extremely helpful because we were able to leave our pet at the house and go do a few more things in town, then pick him up when we were ready to go. Michael was a gracious host and very accommodating of our needs. We would definitely stay here again!

Clean House

Great place to stay and house was clean and organized. Property owner was welcoming and the place was perfect for getting around in Downtown Charlotte. We will definitely be back here again.

Excellent

The property was perfect for our fur babies. It has a nice new fence, non slip floor, and the owners attention to our pets needs was warming. Everything was as advertised and wonderful. The location was great, next to the park and close to town. Wish the bed was king sized but it was still comfortable. Thanks for a good stay.
