This glorious Nevis home is a sanctuary to get way from it all. Ecofriendly with solar panels, the home is safe, quite, and beautiful with walking proximity to beaches and friendly restaurants. Seaspeak sits on top of a cliff with panoramic views of Mt Nevis, the Caribbean Sea and Atlantic Ocean. There are 3 stories in the main home with two connecting cottages, which are fully equipped with a mini fridge, microwave and TV. The cliff overlook offers and amazing spot to watch the sunset or practice early morning yoga. You might even have a monkey join you!! The house is beautifully decorated with modern appliances, infinity pool and waterfall spa. The third floor primary bedroom has an outside bathtub with ocean view and complete privacy. There is a Four Seasons resort two miles away with an amazing golf course and spa. Nevis offers many outstanding restaurants with a warm family feeling you would expect from an island with a population of only 10,000. The local "Nevisians" are friendly and you feel as if this is a small island where everyone is family.

One of the largest private homes on the island of Nevis with a private, gated driveway for parking multiple vehicles. The main home has 3 large bedrooms and the 3rd floor primary offers an outdoor soaking bathtub as well as a Toto toilet. The cottages offer private entrances and are fully stocked with mini refrigerators, microwaves & TVs. The first floor cottage can be set-up as a king bed or separated into 2 twin beds. One of only a few homes on the island that is ecofriendly with solar panels and a cistern so there will never be worries of losing power or water. The home is also set-up with a generator to power the entire home if needed as well as hurricane shutters surrounding all areas if needed through hurricanes are rare on Nevis. Finally, the amazing view from the jacuzzi and heated optional pool with plenty of umbrella's and shade to help you enjoy nature as much as possible. Several ferry options are available to take a day trip to St Kitts but if you are really adventurous, hop on a day flight from the Nevis airport to St Barts/St Barth or Anguilla or any other beautiful Caribbean island and return back to Nevis in plenty of time to enjoy fresh local conch or lobster.
