The search for the perfect beach place is over—you’ve found your Vitamin Sea! Enjoy the spectacular view from this 24th floor balcony of the Atlantic ocean, Halifax River, and a small strip of the city's boardwalk that lights up at night full of entertainment. Ocean Walk offers 5 pools including a lazy river, an indoor pool, and 2 heated pools. On the 4th floor there is indoor putt-putt golf and arcade. In the lobby is Starbucks, billiard table, state-of-the-art fitness center, child center, and a business center. Located in a prime hot spot, walk out onto Daytona Beach or the Boardwalk leading to the Pier, Bandshell or to the best shopping and dining.

Nice place, great view. It’s not beach front but you’re up so high that you can see a lot of the beach. I think I could see all the way to New Smyrna! The host is amazing - I had a ton of questions and she was very patient with me and also responded quickly.

Beautiful condo and views of ocean and street. Well decorated and exactly as pictures showed. property owner even hid some Easter eggs with good surprises inside. Would definitely stay there again. Thank you!!

Gorgeous condo and spotless.

I would highly recommend this condo. It has everything you need in it. Next time I will not have to pack anything except my clothes. I like my beach towels big and this room has it. I like coffee in the morning. This room provides it. No need to pack your shampoo and conditioner for the family. It has all the beach items you need (chairs, umbrella, mat, beach bag with cooler). I simply couldn't ask for more. This is not your typical room with basic necessities. Book this room and you will see why you would not want any other. It is a really nice condo with plenty of space and amenities.

Ruffin Family Labor Day Vacay

Our stay at this unit over the Labor Day weekend was GREAT!! The unit was very nice, clean and up to date. The games ( my girls really enjoyed them) and beach essentials our host provided was a great convenience for me and my family. Keri was very attentive to all my texts, with any questions or concerns i may have had. The Ocean Walk is a very nice resort with great amenities! Overall my family had a wonderful time!!!

If you enjoy the holiday's, you can expect my unit to be decorated (Fall, Thanksgiving, Easter, & Christmas). Rare streaming capabilities with Firestick device offering endless channels. This is one of the few spacious 1 bedroom condo with a jacuzzi that offers 932 sqft. vs 700 sqft. and breath taking views of the ocean and river. There is plenty of space to comfortably fit your family without feeling crowded. This condo was recently renovated in June 2022 with new furnishings and decor and offers plenty of seating. The condo is privately owned and managed with quality furniture and linens for comfort and cleanliness. It offers a lot of extra amenities so that guests can pack lightly and enjoy their vacation.

This condo has more space than the other 1-bedroom unit by 250 sqft. and offers a well-laid-out floor plan. It has a jacuzzi and a separate walk-in shower with a pocket door. The view of the ocean and river is amazing and I must say it gives the direct oceanfront a run for its money. Why? It offers the best of both worlds, an ocean view and a river view plus a city view with amazing night. If you love to people watch and like to see everything that is going on around you, this unit is it. You will be full of entertainment from your balcony from watching people ride the Slingshot or Vomatron, fireworks during holiday's or all Summer long after Bandshell concert, gaze into the ocean or Halifax River, or simply people watch when they are out and about at shops and restaurants.
