Beautifully updated and fully stocked home conveniently located just steps from shopping, dining and the Catalina Foothills. Enter through the charming and inviting courtyard filled with specimen cacti. The light-filled open floor plan with soaring ceilings welcomes you. Walls of windows and sliding glass doors open to the picturesque Catalina Mountains from the north facing patio. Take in the gorgeous views from the spacious living room and dining room. A stunning, well equipped kitchen shares its space with a cozy family room with Smart TV and breakfast nook. This home features a spacious primary suite with Smart TV and private access to the patio and its spectacular views. In a separate wing are 2 guest bedrooms and a guest bathroom. Guest bedroom 2 has a Smart TV. The community has a pool and a tennis/pickleball court which are just steps away. Endless outdoor activities such as golfing, hiking, biking and skiing are right out your door. There are many restaurants including world famous El Charro Cafe, large grocery store with Starbucks cafe, fitness centers, wine bar—all within a 2 minute walk!

Hello! We are Steve and Maria from Seattle, WA. We've enjoyed the desert and all it has to offer for over 30 years and have made our way back to this gorgeous location in Tucson. Our three grown children have also fallen in love with our new, spectacular home. We are an active and outdoorsy family and this location suits all of our recreational needs. We can't wait to share our special home with you!

From shopping and groceries to 9 amazing restaurants (including world famous El Charro within a 3 minute walk!) to recreating, this area has it all. No need to get in a car - all of these are within minutes of your front door.
