2 self contained rooms with own private entrance, deck, kitchen, bathroom and a l, private parking , peaceful and quiet .near to stores ,highway and Walmart, Rivers Casino, four minutes away. City of Portsmouth with lots of entertainment, restaurants movie theaters museum 36 minutes from the beach 18 minutes from the port in the airport. Need to universities and colleges located near Highway 264, Frederick Boulevard and Portsmouth Boulevard, free from violence and crime, quiet, and cozy place to stay.

False advertisement of property

Wilbert is a nice guy but the property he has listed is completely not what it looks like , the furniture is stained and very dirty , the bathroom is also very unclean the whole place is I would not recommend staying here no matter what Upon arrival there was a dust pile in the living on top of that the “bedroom” is connected to the main house and has no sense of privacy nor safety

It was very dirty. Everything was dusty and dirty. I didnt even want to set my stuff down. I refused to stay there. I am not picky but it should at least be clean.

Anniversary Trip

Went to Virginia Beach for my anniversary, the cottage is adorable and clean. Neighborhood is nice and so is the host. The cottage have this cool panel in the bathroom that control the lights and fan. The cottage is also located 40min from beach. I recommend it for anyone.

100% do not recommend - disaster

First of all, I want to be clear. The photos on Vrbo are doctored to over represent this property. Upon arrival, I found it in a state of uncleanliness and absolute bare-bones “furnishings”. The kitchen is furnished with the absolute minimum of dishware and cookware. Every plate on the shelf was filthy dirty, as if it had never been washed in the last two years. There was one coffee mug, no cups. The refrigerator and freezer were filthy. The bathroom was dank and the shower dirty, with no toiletries provided the linens for the bed were already set, but not made, and the blanket provided was a throwaway fleece as thing as a quarter inch at best. One towel and one washcloth were provided for the bathroom. The “manager” of the property provided 1.5 rolls of toilet paper and refused to provide more to myself or other tenants. He is volatile and unreasonable, and will guaranteed try to steal your money through VRBO. He will lie at all costs. He has called me “ disrespectful junk, insane disturb, indiscipline, untidy, ever stayed on my property. She fallow no rules whatsoever.” without so much as a discussion. I have been active duty military, without so much as a scratch to my record, for 16 years. Whose the disturbed one, again? 100% Do not recommend. Save your money and avoid staying in the ghetto.

This property provided what it said but could definitely use a remodel and a deep cleaning! You get what you pay for!
