First Floor 2 Bedroom Barefoot Resort Condo Overlooking the Golf Course

This beautiful 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa/condo is located in The Havens section of Barefoot Resort and overlooks the 10th hole of the Norman Golf Course. The Havens is located towards the back of the resort for a more quiet experience. The condo is fully furnished and sleeps 4 people. The kitchen is fully stocked right down to the pots and pans for all of your needs. The living room/dining room is large and flows to the sliding doors out to the patio overlooking the water. The master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom and walk in closet. The 2nd bedroom features 2 single beds and is next to the hall bathroom. There is a washer and dryer in the unit and linens/towels are included in your stay. See full list of information and rules provided via e-mail upon booking.

Great stay

I loved the location and the condo had everything we needed. It was great having the pool so close. I would definitely stay here again.

Check in nightmare

We never received a confirmation email, giving us instructions of our check in. I had to hunt for a VRBO’s number on my credit card receipt. After a lengthy conversation, I was given the number of the owner and the confirmation information of my reservation. We contacted the owner in route and were sent information to get into the unit. When we checked it to the room we had two minor issues. Both shower curtains were full of mold, and the floor needed to be swept outside of the deck the unit was fine. We were able to contact the owners and the issues were resolved. The area was beautiful and not congested. We love staying in North Myrtle Beach because of how quiet it is. The average reading was a given primarily because of the experience with VRBO and the shower curtains. The owners were very receptive and helpful. We have stayed at the barefoot resorts before, but have dealt directly with owners. We will probably go to the owners the next time we visit.

The property is exactly as shown in the listing. Clean, modern with everything you need to feel at home. Great value for the price. It is on the 9th hole of one of the Barefoot Resort golf courses. Safe, quiet neighborhood. While I was there, I 'lost' some cash that slipped out my pocket - over $500. I thought at the time that it had happened while I was golfing. The next day I had a note on my vehicle from one of the neighbors saying they had found something and if I could identify it, they would return it. There aren't many places on the planet where you could drop $500 on the ground and expect to ever see it again but this is apparently one of them. The wifi works, the appliances all work, parking is at the doorstep. 5 stars.
