With a quiet, private balcony overlooking the lake and golf course, and an ideal location in the Barefoot Resort, guests will enjoy amenities including four championship golf courses (fees apply), a tennis court, and sparkling pool. And when you want to dip your toes in the sand, the beach is only three miles away.

At home, start your day with coffee on the balcony and then step inside to make some breakfast. This end-unit condo features lots of natural light, new vinyl-plank flooring, and modern, stylish furnishings. The full kitchen offers all the appliances and plenty of counter space for mealtime prep, and everyone can dine together at the table for four. After a day on the sand or the links, you’ll love relaxing in the central AC on the plush sofa. Stream the latest release together, or retire to one of the well-appointed bedrooms, each also featuring a TV. More modern essentials at this condo include free WiFi, cable, and a washer/dryer.

Great trip! Weather was nice although Hot. We just needed a can opener but ny daughter googled a way to open it. Couldn't ask for a better property!. The balcony overlooked the lake and we enjoyed the ducks and turtles. Will gladly stay there again.

Not the Property that’s Listed

Pictures of the property are definitely outdated as they did not represent the furniture/layout of the actual place. Rugs were extremely stained, bedding was stained and not comfortable, screen door was broken & was off the track when we arrived. Seat cushions were missing from the dining table which made the chairs extremely hard & uncomfortable. Plates, appliances, and pans were all stained with old food or rust so I would definitely recommend bringing your own. The back deck overlooking the fountain was a beautiful plus as that was pictured correctly in the listing. Communication with the property/owner was very poor. We reported the conditions immediately and were told a manger would get back with us. 4 days later & still haven’t heard anything..

Nice condo, simple set up

Enjoyed the property. Very quite. It was fairly clean, except for the spots on the carpets and the kitchen table seats. I ignored Bridgets review about the sheets and pillows and she is it is totally on point. (Bring your own sheets and pillows). The sheets felt like sandpaper and the pillows were flat and hard. I had to go out and purchase pillows so that I would be properly elevated due to a medical situation. Vascasa, please upgrade your sheets and pillows and the condo will be perfect.

Just a few suggestions

I booked thru VRBO and rec’d notice it was now Vacasa I needed to speak with and was a bit confusing. There was a wet spot on the rug in Tv area that when dried still showed signs of a stain. Did not get a response from Vacasa for a day or two. I would highly suggest upgrading the sleeping pillows and towels to add to the very nice decor and bedding options. I wish there was a printed check out sheet as we did not know what to do with the trash or bedding and towels.

Weekend Getaway

This is a beautiful condo. I would highly recommend upgrading the bed sheets and comforter in the master bedroom. The sheets are not soft and the blanket had hair all over it. Extra pillows would be nice also. There is no trash can in the master bathroom. Also there needs to be some type of check out instructions as far as with trash and linens. I would definitely stay here again, but would bring my own bed linens for the master bed if not upgraded to softer sheets and extra pillows.
