Enjoy this cozy studio apartment with a great location! This apartment has one queen bed with an additional queen pull out mattress.

Available in the kitchenette is a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet and coffee maker.

This studio is a separate building above the detached garage.

If you need more space please check out the main house which is also listed on VRBO. If you would like to rent both, please reach out!

I would have liked for the place to be a bit cleaner, its a cozy place tho and in a cool location with horses nearby.

Generally nice. Water was slow at the bathroom sink. Mirror was hung low and too small to comb my hair! Local TV stations were difficult to get in. Had to string the antenna out the door! Walkway was uneven and a bit dangerous. Messages through VRBO were lost! Was lucky Nate was at the property to get the code.

We took a small road trip and wanted to stay in the area for a few days. The place was perfect for 2. Very clean and cozy. Our host was very quick to reply to messages. We were close to many things to do and see. Red Rocks and Estes Park and Bear Lake were our favorites. Highly recommend this place for a nice Colorado visit

This was the perfect spot for our trip. My husband and I were in town for a concert at red rock. This was a quiet space but close enough to the venue, restaurants and anything else we needed during our stay. We would absolutely stay here again.

Very clean cozy little loft. My wife loved having coffee on the deck, watching the horses. Only twenty minutes to red rocks and fifteen minutes to Golden. Great location and a great host

Overall great experience!! Our host Nate had great communication with me. I enjoyed the great views of the mountains and peaceful setting. If you need somewhere to stay I highly recommend this property.

Overall a good experience! Super comfy bed but difficult to get out of for the person up against the wall as you have to go over the wrought iron bed frame at the foot of the bed. Coffee maker is super small and it hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Microwave and toaster oven were not cleaned as well. Cool location with horses on the premise. We had a lot of rain so our car was filthy as it’s off a dirt road but that was to be expected. The owner was quick with responses to questions! He left some water bottles as the water is well water. We stayed for 2 nights but there was only 1 washcloth for the both of us. If you have trouble getting up stairs beware there are a lot of stairs to drag up suitcases and coolers. All in all a good couple of days!

Host excellent, great communication, checkin/out perfect.Nice location, horses right there.Apt acceptable, clean and quaint. Very basic and economical, nothing fancy.We enjoyed as we like horses and the country setting.Good location worked very well for us, close to Arvada, Golden, Boulder.Only downfall was extremely low water flow/pressure in sinks and shower, but got by just fine.We would stay again.Thanks

Could have been cleaner. We ended up buying our own bedclothes and towels because what was there appeared dirty. Considered leaving but location was good for what we needed. Stairs were questionable on reliability and window air conditioner had message that filter needed cleaning. Hard to open lock to get in amd nobody answered when called. Called back after we figured it out but never heard from host. Definitely could use some better cleaning to have a better rating.

Bucket List Busit to the Red Rock

Our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing. The mountain views and sunsets were spectacular and vey zen! Sipping coffee in the morning on the balcony with the view of the beautiful horses on the property was extra special!! Will definitely be staying here again. Nate was quick to respond, the bed was very comfortable and overall one of my best stays with VRBO!

Perfect for those that need a simple, clean place to stay.

This little unit was perfect for our quick stay. Clean and simple. Took one star off cleanliness as it seemed the cleaning people either weren't there after the last guests or they just did an awful job prepping for us. Not sure. No towels, only one roll of toilet paper, etc. Otherwise, the owner was very responsive and we were provided additional towels and toilet paper as requested.

My daughter and I stayed here during her orientation for CU-Boulder. The first night we stayed together and 2nd night I stayed alone as she was in the dorms. The property was easy to find, clean and perfect for my needs. It was very quiet and peaceful. And we loved seeing the horses. Will definitely stay again since I will be visiting Colorado a lot more for the next 4 years!

Perfect!

Great place to stay as we were in town for a concert at Red Rocks. Close to Golden, Arvada shopping and restaurants. Parking right next to the garage that has the apartment over it. Had all the basic necessities we could want like extra sheets and pillows. They even had a few bottles of water in the fridge waiting for us! Nice touch after a long day of travel!

Nate is very responsive and an excellent host. The place is great, in a quiet neighborhood with a super outside sitting table. I’d stay here again without reservation.

Would definitely stay here again if I return to the area. Had a last minute illness come up, and Nate was flexible with helping me change my arrival and departure schedule. Property was located in a nice and quiet area.

Perfect, quiet little stay.

We enjoyed this property so much! Location and atmosphere were ideal. Our kids had so much fun seeing the horses from the deck and playing with the abundant amount of snow that had just come a couple days before our arrival. We loved the property and the time we got to spend hanging out on the property! Will book again in the future.
