Enjoy water, pool, sunrise, and sunset views from this unique property in Treasure Cay, Bahamas. The home is two-stories with three bedrooms: (1) King, (2) King, and (3) large bedroom with a bunk bed (Full over Queen) and two Twin beds that convert to a King upon request. Each bedroom has a balcony and TV. Downstairs is an open living and dining space, half bath, smart TV, and fully stocked kitchen (Keurig coffee maker). Dining area seats 10.

This property has several amenities that set it apart from most Bahamas rentals: 35-foot boat slip with power and 6-foot depth at low tide, large saltwater pool (shared with two other houses that are also available to rent), Tiki bar with gas grill for poolside entertaining, 50,000 Watt generator, high pressure water pump, and a garage with washer/dryer and ice machine. You can watch the sunrise over your boat from the first or second floor patios and walk a few steps down the street to see the sunset over the water.

Restaurant options are a golf cart ride away: Florence's Café serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and the beachfront Bahamas Beach Club is open for lunch and dinner, where the turquoise water and pink sand make Treasure Cay Beach ranked one of the top 10 beaches in the world by National Geographic.

Many people walk or bike on Treasure, and other transportation options include local taxis or renting a golf cart, boat, bike, or car. The nearest airports are Treasure Cay (TCB) and Marsh Harbor (MHH).

Great week

We had two families in the house and it was great. The house was well equipped and the property manager Anna was helpful and checked in on us occasionally. The dockage was nice and close which made for easy loading and unloading daily. Would recommend this property to others

House was great!! Expensive place to visit!!

The Home was nice and clean. We rented all three homes, we had a large group. Our home was with out any issues, but one of the other homes had multiple problems. Beware… everything is super expensive!! We paid 72 dollars for a case of beer!! We vacation a lot , but those kind of prices are a little ridiculous. This place was a one and done for us. No fault to the home owner…. The house and pool served its purpose.

Perfection in the Abacos

What a great set up. The property is so clean and well maintained, kitchens stocked with all the things for a great dinner and the pool is cool! We had a blast this stay. We booked all theee properties and had 21 people(9 kids😬) and never a dull moment. Ms. Anna does a wonderful job cleaning and the kids loved the dogs from nextdoor. We can’t wait to go back.

Perfect Spot!

We had a group of 6 adults and 2 children and this place is absolutely perfect. We had an amazing time with our boat. Place has everything you need for a family. As listed in description make sure you bring extra paper towels/toilet paper & trash bags. House description is on point and will be back for sure! If you’ve never been to the area we found it easier to bring our own food and cook instead of going out to eat on the island. We had another family staying in the green house next to us and had so much fun with them too. Plenty of space for everyone!
