Private Outdoor Oasis:
Escape to the meticulously landscaped backyard, a private sanctuary for relaxation and entertainment. Unwind on the stylish patio, host al fresco dinners, or simply bask in the tranquility of your own urban retreat.
Parking and Accessibility:
The property offers secure parking for your convenience, ensuring easy access to your luxury abode. Proximity to public transportation and major thoroughfares makes commuting a breeze.
Things to note:
1. This listing is ideal for 16 guests with 8 beds. There are two air mattresses that can accommodate a maximum of 20 guests.
2. There is a 10pm noise curfew that’s enforced.
3. Only guests included on the reservation are allowed onto the property.
4. Events require pre-approval and start with a minimum additional cost of $500.
5. There are approximately 2 steps to enter the 1st floor (2bed, .5bath), 12 steps to enter the 2nd floor (3bed, 2bath) and another 12 steps to enter the 3rd floor (3bed, 2bath).
1. No parties allowed or any guest who are not included on the initial reservation.
2. No shoes are allowed inside of the property.
3. By booking this reservation, you give us permission to cancel or shorten your stay if you are disruptive or allow additional people onto the property for any reason.

Located at the beginning of a quiet, residential street, we are conveniently accessible via:
★ Eight minutes cab ride to Newark Liberty International Airport (EWR)
★ Ten minutes walk to grocery stores, parks, restaurants, cafes, and fast-food chains
★ Ten minutes cab ride to The Mills at Jersey Garden (Mall)
★ Fifteen minutes walk to the main bus or train station (NJT)
★ Twenty minutes cab ride to Met Life Stadium, NJPAC and Prudential Center
★ Thirty minutes train ride to Penn Station or Times Square (NYC)
The property can operate as 3 separate, private spaces or one entire joint home. The second unit can be accessed through an internal staircase from the ground floor. The third floor can be accessed from an internal staircase from the second floor. The ground floor can be accessed from the garage or side door. The second and third floors can also be accessed from the front door (main entrance), which is different from the ground floor (internal entrance).
