I agree and acknowledge that I am responsible for my own safety and the safety of my children, family, and those I give access to the property, AT ALL TIMES when using property facilities including the swimming pool.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for the loss of any personal belongings and/or valuables during your stay.
Management and the owners will not be responsible for any items left in the house.
The minimum rental age is 25 y. o.
We require a photocopy of the driver’s license or valid government id of the lead guest to match the name on the credit card used for the booking. Also, we pre-authorize $1000 security deposit on your method of payment which will be released within 3 business days after checkout.
No noise outside after 9 pm, please be respectful to our neighbors.
The penalty for smoking inside the house is $300.00
Vehicles must be parked in the driveway or on adjacent streets where allowed. No parking on the grass or sidewalks.
