The holiday apartment is located in a detached single-family house built in 1990, renovated in 2019, and furnished in a modern and functional style. The domicile is popular also because of the view from the property of the panorama and the quiet and sunny hillside location. Available for exclusive use are: sunbathing lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.
