Great Spot In Glendale

We stayed for about 3 weeks and really enjoyed the home. The home was very clean and quiet. We enjoyed using the outside balcony and the building amenities. Walking distance to the Americana and great restaurants/bars. The big TV was a plus! Highly recommend staying here.

A Lofty Stay

The loft was exactly as shown in the pictures. Its location was ideal in that it is centrally located to all the hot spots in Glendale ( The Americana, Brand Blvd, The Galleria). Everything was pretty much within walking distance. Had issues right before our stay communicating with the hosts but things were resolved the morning before our arrival. Overall, we enjoyed the place and look forward to staying again in the future!

Poor communication

The communication with the host was pretty lacklustre. We had to constantly request basic information, like wifi, check-out process, etc. The latter which they ultimately didn't even bother to provide. Unfortunately the listing wasn't accurate: I don't know how you'd sleep 4 people in this unit; "basic soaps" weren't provided (what's the point of a washer without detergent?), the kitchen wasn't well equipped (clearly damaged can opener, barely more than a couple of plates, etc); and though the listing says "beach" in the location type, this place couldn't be further from the beach! It's a nice building, though there's no fire pit.
