Waterview comfortable condo with water access to the gulf and springs

You can still enjoy your coffee watching the sunrise sitting in the screened in lanai overlooking the water because Thankfully, we did not suffer any hurricane damage from either Helene or Idalia. The water did not reach our unit. This condo would be great for any elderly or disabled because everything you need is on the first ground floor. Only one bedroom and bathroom is upstairs.
