GOODYEAR LAKE - Adirondack Waterfront Lodge is a wonderful waterfront home that sits on a 2-acre wooded lot on the western shore of Goodyear Lake. Built-in 1901, this historic property consists of a 3-story main house and adjacent boathouse which can be rented separately in the summer. The décor is a pleasant blend of modern amenities and rustic antiques.

Lighted wooden steps show the way from the driveway to the house and the private 200' waterfront. The main level is open-concept with a living room, kitchen, and a screened-in porch that spans the width of the house showcasing breathtaking views of the lake.

The bedrooms are all located on the 2nd level. Each has a queen bed overlooking the lake. For your added comfort, each bedroom also has newly installed zoned AC. Al three bathrooms have been renovated with modern amenities such as in-floor heating for those cool mornings. There are hardwood floors throughout the whole house.

The lower level is a lakefront walk-out set up as a game room, bathroom, and laundry room. It is surrounded by windows and opens directly to the waterfront. The newly renovated game room is complete with a second gas fireplace, bar seating, flat-screen TV, foosball, air hockey, board games, books, etc., as well as lounge seating.

In addition to 2 canoes, outdoor amenities include extensive waterfront decking, Adirondack-style seating, and a fire pit. An outdoor dining area is complete with a stone fireplace grill and an oversized dining table. A large flat lawn area is set up for soccer, complete with goals.

Updates in 2016 include zoned AC in the great room, slate floors, a stainless apron farmhouse sink, open shelving, new wood countertops, and a gas stove in the kitchen. The great room is highlighted by original “lawyer’s oak paneling”, an oversized, custom-designed farmhouse table, 2 seating areas, flat-screen TV along with the original brick fireplace.
