We enjoyed our stay and it was well stocked with needed items. Good location. There are a few items that need fixing up: 1. URGENT-the bathroom knob is loose and needs to be tightened 2.The sofa cushions are worn out, very uncomfortable and the sofa should be replaced. 3 Too many leaves around the property, needs cleanup. 4. New bulbs are needed in the laundry area.

Perfect spot for a quiet weekend getaway!

I wanted to take my elderly mom to San Diego for a weekend, but struggled with the idea of leaving both of our dogs behind. Luckily I found this properly that was both dog-friendly AND perfect for hosting them and us, and had designated parking and was single story! Checked every box I would need for this trip and my mom and I both had the best time. The enclosed backyard was a great spot for them to sniff and stretch their legs, and the home was in a great neighborhood and stocked thoughtfully for guests. Owner was barely needed but super responsive when she was. Check-out procedures were minimal and completely reasonable (turn off AC, do final poop check). I’ll definitely be recommending this property to friends and using it again in the future.

Cozy, clean, cute house in great neighborhood

We stayed here with our kids and dogs and had a great experience. The house was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. The fenced backyard was wonderful for our dogs and kids. The neighbors were all friendly and the neighborhood is really safe. The host was very responsive as well. We highly recommend this place.

Charming Home

Our stay was comfortable. Home was cozy and beds were very comfortable! Kitchen decently supplied with various kitchen utensils. The “gym” had a few weights along with a dumbbell that was broken and taped with electrical tape to hold it together. The barbecue grill was rusty. We purchased a portable grill to have a nice evening BBQ for Memorial Day. Beany was communicative and sympathetic with the issues.

Point Loma house

Pt Loma gem

This house was perfect for us! From the beginning there was great communication with Beany. The house is in a great neighborhood with a little park nearby. It has a well stocked kitchen, which was important to us because we like to hang out in the kitchen cooking together rather than go out to eat. We brought our dogs, and the fully enclosed backyard was perfect for them to stretch out their legs. We sat outside enjoying the evenings (and the fireworks)! It is Point Loma, so if you are outside you will hear planes flying overhead, but they stop at night, and the house has double windows so the noise is pretty much non existent inside. The beds were very comfortable, and one bedroom has a door going out to the backyard. The entire house was very clean and well kept. We will definitely come back!

Great stay and service

Our family had a great stay at this quaint home. Watching the fireworks from sea world every night in the backyard was fantastic. The check in and check out process was super easy. Communication was key! We would definitely stay here again.

Adorable Point Loma Home

My husband and dog stayed here and absolutely loved the place!! Not only was the location perfect for walking the neighborhoods and to Liberty Station, but also the entire home was perfect! It was very clean, well decorated and felt like a true get away! The backyard was larger than expected and has a great view of the city. We will definitely be back and highly recommend for anyone looking to stay in Point Loma!

Nice SD house in great location

This rental property house is in a very nice neighborhood that is close to Sea World, Coronado, Mission Beach, etc. lots of restaurants nearby. House is great, huge big family room and kitchen when you walk in, 2 nice sized bedrooms, nice bathroom, and backyard is well stocked with patio furniture, cornhole, umbrellas, view of SD, and lots of space. The only bad thing the ad doesn’t mention is that the flight path from the airport goes directly over the house, so you hear a plane every few minutes. Not an issue if you are in house with windows closed, but if you are chilling in backyard you’ll need to sometimes pause your conversation (or say “WHAT?”a lot. We really enjoyed our stay.

Nice Stay But Too Many Duties For A Guest

The place was nice and in a good area but i cant help but be dissatisfied about the check out rules when they have you doing the cleaners job and if you mess up of course you have to pay for it unfortunately. Being held liable for the cleaners job is not what i expect when i stay at a hotel or resort. Also pet fur was very apparent from whoever stayed prior.

Could not have been better

The outdoor space is the hands down highlight of this property, absolutely gorgeous and comfortable. Great communication from the owner, especially regarding some planned neighborhood utility work that was scheduled during our stay allowing us the chance to plan around it. Will 10000% consider this property for our next visit.
