Sliding doors lead to a 10 m² balcony with luxury furniture, offering a peaceful spot to enjoy a glass of wine while overlooking the lively nearby square.The modern open kitchen is fully equipped with a Nespresso machine, a combi oven, a hob, a dishwasher, and a dining area perfect for shared meals. The master bedroom on the ground floor has a double bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. A separate utility room includes a washing machine, dryer, and safe.Upstairs, there are two additional bedrooms—one with two single beds and one with a double bed—along with a second separate toilet and a luxurious bathroom featuring a walk-in shower, bathtub, double sink, and a private sauna. From this floor, step out onto a spacious 20 m² roof terrace to enjoy the sun and fresh air all day.Additional conveniences include a non-smoking, pet-free environment, private outdoor storage, and a parking space with an EV charging station (NewMotion).
