This condo was great! Very easy to get to! Had parking on site! The host was excellent! We had some questions and they were answered quickly!! Would highly recommend anyone to stay here!

Unit was as described. Host was very responsive and even changed our dates due to surgery recovery of on in our party. The property is beachfront but the unit was not. You could see the beach from the porch. Unit is on second floor and no elevator. Good restaurants nearby. Beach was clean.

The entire process was seamless, and the host was immediately responsive.The condo is older and in decent repair, but there were slight issues. One bathroom cabinet door wouldn't open and didn't have a handle. There was no blowdryer as listed. The pull string on a light broke on the first pull. Small things. Even with those minor details, I would have given a high rating because it is so conveniently located on the beach with a lovely small pool and excellent parking space. (Though I didn't realize we had to pay to park in addition to the rental fee until just before our trip.)The issue was mold in and around the HVAC. We could see black spots on the vent covers and the pipes leading up to the vents. As an asthmatic, this caused increasing difficulty for me as the weekend progressed because I am allergic to mold. This compromised my trip (more at the end than the beginning) and necessitated a doctor visit upon my return home.I understand that moisture is a constant issue on the beachfront, but this was the most visible presence I have witnessed in many stays at the Gulf.So, since I can't rate the host's behavior separate in the review, I lowered my ranking.

Unbelievable…and I truly mean that. This guest apologized to me that she broke the chain on my living room ceiling fan as soon as she began her stay. She never complained to me about any of the issues she wrote in her review even though I established an open line of communication with her from the start. I always ask my guests to let me know if there is anything I can jrr egg longer with during their stay. I also have my HVAC system serviced TWICE PER YEAR, so it isn’t possible that there is mold growing throughout my system without me noticing it or having it corrected by the HVAC technicians. I personally stayed in my property just 2 weeks before this guest arrived there with NO mold. The guest’s response sure sounded like she was in paradise, but enjoys being a critic.

First Family Beach Vacation Was Amazing

This was my kids first time to the beach and they LOVED IT!!! Great distance to the beach, great atmosphere and the stay was fantastic. Kenny is great and is very respectful and responsive with any questions or anything you need. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND and we will be back.

I bought my condo after years of coming here with friends and family. That's right, I love it here so much I bought the place! Quite frankly I hesitated to rent my 'little piece of heaven', but was asked by so many visitors if I rented my condo that I decided I would share it with others. My place only has 36 units, so its nice and cozy. No high rise with elevators. You can actually meet everybody staying at the place by socializing at the beach or pool/jacuzzi or stay holed up in the condo like a hermit crab...your choice!

After coming to Gulf Shores so many times to relax and enjoy myself I finally decided to make a piece of this paradise my own!

Convenient and covered parking directly under my condo. The short trip up the stairs to the condo or the short walk to the beach or pool area is so unique and personal. I just love it!
