This house is all about the lake! The beautiful lake view is visible from the screen porch, the back deck, the living room, dining room, kitchen and master bedroom. The large boat house is yours to use for your boat, to fish or swim. There are also 2 Kayaks for you to enjoy during your stay, life jackets provided. This house is located on the Best Fishing Cove on Lake Balboa! If you love the lake, you will love this house!

Guests can only enter through 2 of the gates - Be sure to read the instructions carefully to ensure a hassle-free commute and check in.
Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, show the gate guard your booking confirmation, and they will give you a pass for your car. You will be in the mountains and cell service is hit or miss so we recommend you print the instructions.

This property is pet-friendly, just make sure you keep your dog on a leash when outside as Hot Springs Village has a strict leash law.

INSIDE THE VILLAGE -

You can purchase a "5 Visit" pass card. This is an easy and inexpensive way for you to sample some of our most fun activities. The passes can be purchased at The Coronado Fitness Center, POA (Property Owners Association), or our Remax office. You get any combination of five visits to these Hot Springs Village recreational amenities:
