Beautiful flat private property with 100 sq feet, swimming off a large dock, serene and picturesque area (remember your camera, spotted some Blue Herons on the dock early morning) Close drive to Buckhorn and Chemong Lake. Explore drives to Bobcaygeon, Peterborough and the turquoise crystal clear waters of Sandy Beach, enjoy a walk with kawartha ice-cream by the Trent-Severn waterway locks. You won't be disappointed with the location and cleanliness. relax on a hammock or BBQ in the evening.

My Name is Rose Mallia. I have been managing the Kawartha Lakehouse for my parents Franco & Franca Mallia. They are the proud owners of The Kawartha Lakehouse since April 2002. We decided the summer of 2017 to share our place with others. I have been hosting on another well known site since then and our guests enjoy coming back. Although it books quickly, if you are lucky you will find a week to stay at the Kawartha Lakehouse.

KAWARTHA LAKE HOUSE Enjoy the beauty of Pigeon Lake private resort. Conveniently located 1.5 hours from Toronto. Truly a paradise with a picturesque sunrise and sunset, a place to recharge and unwind.

Our family had a wonderful week. Loved: roomy cottage, peace and quiet, enjoyed the space outside with lots of room for our little guy to run, water front lot, swimmable water right off the dock, firepit, good fishing, absolutely beautiful sunsets, close proximity to several towns. We all agreed it was a perfect spot. Rose was just a text away and very receptive which was appreciated.
We made many happy family vacation memories at Rose's place!

Beautiful clear shoreline, water starts at 4 ft high at the dock, the perfect spot to sit alone or with family & friends and enjoy a nice cold drink, excellent for swimming, waterboarding, waterskiing, fishing and other water sports.
(don't forget your fishing gear and most importantly your fishing license)
Very romantic spot enjoying the sun rising in the morning over the calm water, or the sun setting in for the evening as you prepare for the loyalty of the moon in the open night skies.
