Jay, I just saw your review … and you recently asked to return, so I was surprised.. and I wish you had brought up these concerns and issues while you were at the house. The internet issue was resolved when the city came and fixed the cable that was down due to a storm. The bathroom leak I will look into asap as I didn’t know about this. And lamps not working.. not sure if you mean light bulbs or the switch but will check and there are 3 boxes of light bulbs in the garage… and regarding the Grill, yes it is a smaller one that was out in the patio but there is a larger one in the garage… since you were a family of 3 I had no idea you needed the large one. Your ratings matter to us and on this website so communicating them for resolution really would have been appreciated since you had my contact and I answered immediately… and if you still want to come back in 2026 as you requested, we await your contact! 😊

Well Deric, We were surprised to see the 3 star rating you left (the first we’ve ever receive in 10 years of hosting), especially with no comments to explain your concerns or complaints… which I believe were inexistente when we spoke live and you asked to book again for your future dates needed this year and next. usually people that want to return to a property don’t leave mediocre reviews. I guess you had a bad day… to bad for us and the readers receiving incorrect or inexplicable negative info from 1 grouchy. customer, which can make a significant difference in so many ways to us and others. You have a nice 2025 !
