Im großen und ganzen Okay. Im Schlafzimmer müssten dringend Schrank- und Nachtschränkchen ausgetauscht werden (schließen ganz schlecht).Der Wohnbereich mit Küche ist gut ausgestattet.Was dort zu bemängeln ist, ist der Fernseher/Receiver (das Bild pixelt dauernd). Normal fernsehen unmöglich.Kein Internetfähiges WLAN ist auch nicht mehr zeitgemäß.

Sehr zufrieden, sehr sauber und gepflegt, ruhige Lage des Hauses. Kompetente und sehr nette Mitarbeiter in der Agentur. Kleiner Hinweis: ein kleiner Spiegel im Flur wäre doch bei einem Blick auf Mütze o. ä. nicht schlecht

Lage super, ein paar kleinere Mängel

Die große Wohnung befindet sich zentral am Brandenburger Platz. Wir fanden sie sehr sauber vor, allerdings müffelte es doch gewaltig nach "feucht gewischt und dann nicht gelüftet", so dass der Kauf eines Raumsprays und dessen exzessiver Einsatz unerlässlich war. Ein paar Kleinigkeiten sind noch zu bemängeln: die Haustür ist wirklich pflegebedürftig und lässt sich nur schwer abschließen. Die Türdichtungen fehlen, und die Türgriffe quietschen. Das Sitzmobiliar im Wohnzimmer ist unbequem und hart. Die Küche ist neu und modern und gut ausgestattet. Ebenso ist das Badezimmer modern renoviert. Bei dieser Wohnung zählen drei positive Faktoren: Lage, Lage und Lage (Strand und Einkaufszone ca. 5 Min fußläufig, dennoch sehr ruhig). Ein Stellplatz ist vorhanden, ebenso wie ein Aufzug.
