Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located home base. The property is near the Emerson Sports Entertainment Complex at Lakepoint. It is also located in a beautiful and safe residential neighborhood located close to Atlanta POI. There are many excellent restaurants and Publix and Kroger are 1-2 miles away. There are several hospitals within 15 miles from the property. This area is excellent for walking. There is a many parks close including large bike park. This property is ready for a long term stay. This property only has parking for ONE car.

Parents find this to be a nice place to stay while their children participate in amateur sporting events. Movie theaters and major stores are a few miles away. It's an ideal place to stay if you are visiting family in the area.
