Eagle View Chalet: Spacious 3BDRM Chalet, Family Friendly w/Private Hot Tub
Eagle View Chalet is a beautifully maintained 3-bedroom/3-bathroom rustic retreat located at the corner of Fairways and Mountainview, offering stunning views of all the surrounding mountains.
The main living area opens to a large, wraparound deck equipped with a propane BBQ and the private hot tub. The deck is accessible from the dining area, living area, and the second and third bedrooms.
The living area offers ample seating for entertaining and flows seamlessly into the dining area and kitchen. The dining area seats 6 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. The kitchen, featuring high-end appliances and granite countertops, exudes luxury.
The third and top level of the chalet is home to the master bedroom, complete with an ensuite bathroom, seating area, and private balcony. This level also includes a full bathroom with a bathtub and hand shower, as well as a fantastic family room.
The family room features a cheetah-print pool table, a poker table, and a large L-shaped couch surrounding a flatscreen TV.

This property has up to 2 parking spaces available. There is room for 1 vehicle in the garage (suitable for a car or small SUV), and room for 1 vehicle outside of the garage.
Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
There is a full-time tenant in the suite. They have a separate entrance and there are no shared spaces besides the driveway.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
