Step into Old Florida with this direct beachfront cottage. You will wake up everyday looking at the aqua blue and emerald green sparkling water of the Gulf of Mexico. This crystal clear body of water is great for year round swimming. The sand will powder your feet and provide you with the upmost relaxation. This gorgeous cottage is very roomy with two separate bedrooms, living room, full kitchen, washer/dryer, and patio wraparound deck. Come stay in paradise!

Peace and quiet, sun, sand and simple!

This cottage is what old Florida was when we were kids. A great little escape for a local. Very well updated inside, so comfortable and clean. The kitchen is well stocked you will not need a thing. And plenty of beach towels and several chairs to take down to the sand. The beach was so private and quiet. Loved the little deck out back as well for extra living space. Easy to get to Publix for all your sundries and grilling needs to use on the two available grills out back. Also the unit was back from the main road and each unit had ample parking on their own side. Pet friendly - even the dog didn’t want to leave. Also a short drive to Charlotte Sports Park if you want to catch some spring training games. But come for the beach. Wish we were able to snag more nights during a busy week but we will be back for sure.
