The house was small and quaint however for the amount of money it costs, it was a disappointment. The bare minimum was done to clean after the previous guests and it is in need of updates and some TLC.

We enjoyed our stay at this ocean front property. Loved the fact that we were able to walk from the back door straight to the beach. We were able to find so many shark teeth on this beach and we watched dolphins most mornings. The property is in need of some love. Really wish there was an awning on the back porch to be able to enjoy an afternoon snack in some shade.

Our stay was amazing! The views from the deck were perfect! We saw dolphins and manatees. Found many shark teeth. There were places to eat and shop within walking distance! Andrew was helpful with the questions I had! The cottage had everything we needed. We loved it!!!

Our stay at Andrew's property was amazing. The home was easy to locate, a safe and beautiful area, parking was directly in front of the house. The house itself was cozy, quaint, beautiful, well decorated, extremely clean, and offered every amenity we needed. The walk out to the beach was so wonderful, we decided not to explore as much as we usually do, but instead to relax at the house, and on the beach as much as we could. The bed in the primary bedroom was so comfortable and the bathroom was squeaky clean. All of the amenities are near by that one could need and our favorite restaurant was Pops Place, only a 4 minute drive from the house.If Andrews home is available, we fully recommend you stay there. It's a most charming little vintage beachfront cottage thats totally worth a stay! Thank you Andrew for being an amazing, responsive, thoughtful host!

The Cottage is simple and in need of a few updates, but it is a beach cottage and the salt air is not kind. Overall, the location is fantastic, the Cottage is clean and comfortable and our stay was great.

This cottage is wonderful! Right on the beach with beautiful views from the deck for morning coffee and evening sunset. A couple of things that would make it more enjoyable is replacing the awning that was probably damaged in the last storm an extra roll of toilet paper. And clear markings of the street number 421 and Unit ‘B’.

Day Use Cottage

Cute, small beach cottage. We rented it for Day Use Only. Plenty of room in the bedrooms & single bathroom for changing into swimsuits. There is not any shade on the back deck (guessing it was torn off during Milton). The deck has a large table and nice chairs for dining al fresco. You cannot see where the water meets the beach from the house. There is a nice new walkway out to the ocean area. We found baby sharks teeth all over the beach, and a few bigger ones.

Wonderful location. House was small but tidy and well-appointed. Beds were very comfortable. Plenty of linens and beach towels. Washer/dryer so great to have! A/C worked great for us. Beach was magic! We saw dolphins, lots of fish, beautiful birds. Found many shark teeth. Highly recommend!

We will stay again. Needs a new awning over the deck for shade. Saw several large dead cockroaches and dirt on floor when we first entered in kitchen.

Wonderful to be at the beach!

Beach is RIGHT THERE! Hear the waves even with house closed up for AC. Heaven. House is cute inside. Plenty of towels, nice bedding great tv. However, while there were tons of nice dishes and flatware, there wasn’t even a pot to boil pasta. Thank goodness I grabbed my small cast iron frying pan. The one there was in the bottom drawer of the oven and it was beat up outdated teflon that I never would have cooked it. Outside of house looked totally unloved. Hoses everywhere out front. Everything needs trimming-finally found the faucet, the back deck awning that I was looking forward to was gone! Empty frame. Obviously was the result of a storm but it is important to someone who has to limit sun. It was definitely in the VRBO site. Beach umbrella stuck in open position and rammed between the fence and gas grill. I didn’t try to liberate it.There was debris all over the front yard where I needed to walk the chihuahua. Grateful not to twist an ankle.If you want to spend the day on the beach and eat out every night this is a great spot. It think if the owner did a walk through, I’d like to think think all the issues would be quickly resolved. Sometimes I think that the cleaning service just goes in and cleans and doesn’t do anything outside or report problems.

Perfect Getaway!

Was easy to grab this little oasis in a pristine location to grab some much needed getaway time with the family. The surrounding area is low key and relaxed, plenty to do and see or just walk out and enjoy the beach!

Paradise Beach

We used this property as an extension to our home a few blocks away. We had a ball and enjoyed visiting and watching the sunsets together as well as beach time. I will use this property again in the future. Location cannot be beat! All the essentials were available.

This place was exactly as described. Cute little cottage with an ocean view. We loved waking up to hearing the ocean and watching the dolphins pass through every day. Beach is loaded with beautiful shells. We had a maintenance issue but the owner was extremely helpful had it taken care immediately

It’s all about the Beach 🏖️😎

The location of this bungalow was great. Even better that the one next to it was vacant at the time. We spent everyday at the beach in front. The beach is amazing. There were plenty of beach towels available. We had to take the beach chairs, umbrella, and noodles from next door which we assumed was the sister property. Other than that the bungalow was comfortable and had good parking right in front. The back deck was a plus to watch the sunset and turtle that would come over once per day to eat. We would definitely stay here again.

Wondering

This is a perfect beachfront properly for a getaway. Its steps off the beach, with restaurants and shopping closeby. It's in a quiet location making it perfect to relax. Lots of sharks teeth on the beach. The beach is beautiful and clean. The property is very cozy. The host was quick to respond to questions and even let us check in a little early! Highly recommend! We plan to return!

Absolutely the most fabulous view and beach.

Love this place because of location. BUT, the house needs some serious attention, especially at the asking rental price. Things are broken, not well stocked or decorated. The appliances make horrible noises, ac sounds bad as it struggles to keep up. Could be so much better with a little work.
