Welcome to Timberline 20, a charming 1-bedroom/1-bathroom condo perfect for a small family or traveling couple. This cozy property can sleep up to 4 guests, offering a comfortable and inviting space for your mountain getaway.
The bedroom boasts stunning views of Sundance Mountain, allowing you to check ski conditions the moment you wake up.
Located on the second storey, Timberline 20 offers easy access from both the front or back of the building. During winter, enjoy the convenience of the ski-in trail right at the backside of the complex.
Step out onto the private balcony off the living room to breathe in some fresh mountain air, and take use of the propane BBQ, perfect for enjoying outdoor meals.
The property features a full kitchen, making meal preparation a breeze, and in-suite laundry for added convenience.

Bedding, towels, basic kitchenware, soaps (dish, laundry, shampoo, etc), coffee filters and complimentary coffee pouches, and all paper products (toilet paper, paper towel, tissues) are included in rental.
Additional rules
* An online Damage Liability Agreement must be accepted before access to the property is permitted. This will be sent to your personal email 8 days prior to your arrival (personal email must be provided after your booking is accepted). This is required as our damage policy covers more things than a standard 3rd party site damage policy.
* Municipal Noise Bylaws dictate that quiet hours are between 11pm - 8am.
* Municipal Parking Bylaws dictate that no parking is allowed on the streets from October 15 - May 15. Parking is allowed on the "even" numbered side of the street during the remainder of the year.
* Guests are responsible for any fines received from the Municipality and our fees thereon for any bylaw infractions. Fines and fees are described in our online Damage Liability Agreement.
* Large adult group bookings may require additional damage deposits. A booking will only be accepted once you confirm your acknowledgement and acceptance of the listed conditions provided to you.
* Property is strictly non-pet friendly and non-smoking (tobacco, nicotine, marijuana, vaping, etc.). Evidence of either will incur penalties.
