This 2 bedroom 1 bath Gem has been fully remodelled in 2022 and furnished in an elegant LA style.
It has skyline views Downtown LA from the back yard.

It is only 8 minutes drive from Downtown LA, Arts District and really great restaurants.

Convenient location to drive to Hollywood, Santa Monica, Pasadena, Highland Park, Orange County (Newport, Disneyland, Huntington Beach)!

We personally LOVE this home, for its unique feel and great interior design.

Neighborhood

The house was beautiful in the inside. The pictures are accurate. Miss read a email on the address being different, I was at work! The location is not the address listed and that area is about 15 mins away. We had a nice stay and was able to utilize the house the way we wanted. The owner was nice to communicate with and said they have been trying to work it out with Vrbo about the address. A welcome note or basket would’ve been nice!

Universal trip home

The house is nice and clean, that wasn’t the problem, when we were having a good time at our vacation destination I received a text from the host of the house telling me not even asking me if pest control could go in to do their normal visit and I refused to do it and told them all my stuff was in there and I didn’t feel comfortable with them going in and also who does pest control visit while having people renting your house? The place has cameras and it feels like they are watching you all the time, 2 more family members came with us as a last minute and automatically they wanted to charge me $150 extra, I managed to tell this people I was only paying $50 since that’s what it was fair according to the rules but what matters is the whole experience, I will never reserve any property with them….

Hi, I'm Alex. I am born and raised in California. I am a professional working in the real estate industry. LA is an amazing place to live with the beaches, mountains and everything you can think of in the city (comedy clubs, music, shows, sport events etc).

In my free time I absolutely enjoy the hip restaurant scene in LA and meeting new people. My girlfriend and I lead an active lifestyle (skiing, surfing, hiking and tennis), enjoy classical music and recently took up salsa lessons :)
