Modern and spacious 4br home centrally located in Irvine that is close to unlimited shopping and dining options. Minutes to UC Irvine, Kaiser, HOAG Hospital, OC Airport, Irvine Spectrum and the Beach. All bedrooms are upstairs with two full bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed with large sliding mirror doors. This home features two spacious living rooms, two outdoor patio areas and a large fully equipped kitchen with high end appliances. Washer & dryer located in 3 car garage.

This home is situated in the heart of Irvine centrally located to all major freeways, hospitals and entertainment venues. This is a safe and friendly community and you will often find neighbors walking along the trail park next door. It is close proximity to unlimited beautiful shopping centers, Newport / Huntington/ Laguna beach, entertainment venues, museums and parks. Whether it is a balloon ride at the Great Park or pumpkin festivities at Tanaka Farms, you will always find something to do in Irvine no matter what season it is.
