Waterfront Retreat + Kayaks, Canoe, and Easy Water Access

Our 4-story, timber-frame home is a peaceful sanctuary with waterfront access to Green Bay. Perfect for vacations and Packer Games, its 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom, custom-built design features stunning views of the water from every single room. With an open concept, there’s lots of space to cook, gather, and connect indoors.

The 3 large bedrooms on the second floor also have gorgeous views of the Bay and cozy, quiet spaces to rest and reset. The basement serves as an excellent game room, with space for playing boardgames, assembling puzzles, and playing darts. In the winter, cozy up with a glass of wine next to the fireplace and enjoy panoramic views of the Bay.

For summer fun, start your day on the second-floor balcony, sipping coffee and watching the sunrise. Guests can then enjoy the canoe, four kayaks, and water tubes for floating in the bay, with easy access to the water via the stairs and kayak launch.

Bike to breweries and wineries, or walk across the street to the Wildlife Sanctuary to feed the geese, see the baby animals, or take to the trails to hike, snow shoe, or cross-country ski. We also have yard games available – horseshoes, croquet, and cornhole – and a waterfront firepit for sunsets and stargazing.

INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: The site has living quarters over the garage that may or may not be occupied by the owners who will not have access to the house, yard, grill, or kayaks during your stay. We respect your privacy at all times. We’ll give you your space so you can enjoy our home and yard, but if you need us just send us a message and we will reply quickly.

Door County is only a 45-minute drive and an excellent place to explore art galleries, sip on local wines and brews, and shop until your heart’s content.

THE SPACE

HOME: Waterfront property, 3 bedrooms with views of the Bay, 3 bathrooms, covered patio, gas fireplace, open-concept first floor, whirlpool tub, 5G WiFi, 4 floors, keyless entry, second floor balcony, washer and dryer included in basement (space is currently being renovated as fully finished laundry room and 4th bathroom)

LIVING: Living room with 50” TV including local networks and streaming services, finished basement with 75” TV and Surround Sound, dining space with view of the Bay, lofted play and/or seating area, dedicated basement area for playing boardgames, assembling puzzles, and playing darts.

OUTSIDE: Firepit, outdoor dining area on covered deck, gas grill (propane included), canoe, 4 kayaks, water tubes, yard games, life vests and a trolley cable for your precious pup.

KITCHEN: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, stove/oven, toaster, blender, garbage disposal, ice maker, Crockpot, dinnerware, spices, trash bags, paper towels, Butler’s pantry with coffee-maker, Keurig, and fully stocked coffee and tea options

PARKING: North side of the driveway, side of home, street (room for 6 vehicles on site)

OFFICE: For those of you who need to work while on vacation, we have a desk area in the south bedroom with wifi black and white printer.

MISC: Central AC and heating, towels, linens, beach towels, hangers, ironing board, hair dryer

GETTING AROUND: If you’re looking to enjoy a Packer game or a night out, the Green Bay area has Uber and Lyft services that will get you safely to and from your destination.

PET GUIDELINES: One crate-trained dog may be allowed.

1. Accidents happen, but please disinfect and clean immediately and thoroughly.

2. Clean up after your dog outside and toss baggies into the garbage.

3. Please do not bring your dog if they have a history of the following: peeing inside, biting, or barking in ways that would disturb our neighbors. We do not take any liability for issues.

4. If your pet damages something, please let us know.

5. When you leave for the day, please kennel up your pup.

6. We will have dog water/food dishes, a leash, and one dog bed. There is a trolley cable to the bay that will give your dog some freedom to run.
