This house is perfect for a River Falls stay! The home was clean, well appointed, and the host was a great communicator. A special treat included the ability to watch baseball while playing board games as a family in the finished basement. The neighborhood was quiet and in a great location for dining and exploring the area. We definitely recommend!

Great stay for the weekend!

Great location in RF, walking distance to downtown and nearby parks. Communication with host very quick and solved our issues quickly. Bikes in the garage are a nice addition. Walked to nearby Hoffman park and the Baseball field. Fully stocked kitchen very helpful. Nice game room in basement with TV, thoroughly enjoyed by all!!Neighbor to the North played music from car parked in the driveway until very late at night. White noise from fans helped. Super great time in our hometown visiting with family and friends. Would highly recommend this welcoming space that has something for everyone

Very nice, comfortable home and great location. If it was warmer you could walk to downtown area. Home was clean and well equipped with everything you would need. Will definitely stay again.

Cozy River Falls home close to everything

Had a great stay! Beds were comfy, the house was clean, kitchen stocked with a few spices and cooking supplies. Spacious with a great basement gameroom. Quiet neighborhood in easy walking distance from the university, Main Street, grocery stores, restaurants, pubs.

Weekend trip

What a beautiful home! The hosts were wonderful and the house was beautiful. The downstairs game room was used for our nightly game nights and was fantastic. We also loved sitting outside around the fire pit in the lovely back yard.

Great stay!

Kids LOVED the games downstairs! The house was clean, spacious and offered a bunch of space to play. Two beds are memory foam which I don’t care for, but others during the stay loved. Sheets were super soft and bedding was great. Thanks!!

River Falls, university visit

Property was perfect for visiting our daughter who attends UW River Falls. Cute, cozy and simply decorated. Had all the essentials we needed. Dog friendly for small dogs. We opted not to bring our dog this time. We would definitely stay there again and bring our dog next time. The rental had very comfortable beds and a nice lower level rec room. We enjoyed are stay at this lovely place.

The host is very responsive. I had not received the check in instructions the day before but I messaged the host and I was promptly provided the information. An hour before check in I received a message from the host that the maid had left the towels in the washer and that I could move them to the dryer or leave them in the washer until the end of my stay. When we arrived there were no towels in the closet so I had to move the towel to the dryer and complete the laundry upon arrival. The grass in the backyard was a tab bit overgrown. Two days into our stay the yard men showed up to mow without notice. All in all the house was clean and in a good location.

I’m sorry about the towels being left in the washer; we wanted to be sure you could enjoy the early check-in. Fresh towels for your stay were placed on the beds and ready for use, with supplemental towels left in the washer/dryer so they’d be available as soon as they were finished. We also appreciate your understanding while routine yard maintenance was completed during your stay, as noted in the home’s house manual and check-in instructions on Vrbo and on site.
