This wonderful semi-detached house with partial sea views is located in the small village of Kostrena. With its large fenced garden and pool, it is the ideal holiday home for families with children. The swimming pool and an outdoor shower in the garden provide the perfect refreshment on hot summer days. Sun loungers are available around the pool and a barbecue invites you to prepare delicious meals. From the living room and kitchen you can access the covered terrace, where you can relax from your first morning coffee to the evening. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with its own bathroom in the living room. An internal staircase leads to the first floor, where there are two further bedrooms with balconies, each with its own bathroom.

There are two covered parking spaces on the property as well as children's play equipment such as a swing and seesaw. If you would like to play chess, there is a large chess board on the property, which offers plenty of outdoor fun in the evening. The nearest beaches, restaurants and cafés are within easy walking distance. Sports activities such as football, tennis, water polo and cycling on trim trails are also within easy reach.

During your holiday, be sure to visit the cities of Rijeka and Opatija as well as the nearby islands of Krk, Cres and Loinj. Istria is about a 45-minute drive from the house.
