The perfect location for a girls getaway. The property is well maintained, clean and inviting. It’s a quick 15 minute Uber to downtown and there is a restaurant 2 minutes by foot from the home. We sat on the balcony every night and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Josie was a wonderful host and when we reached out with a couple questions, responses were timely. A must stay if you are looking for a beautiful home close to the city.

We were in Charleston for a wedding and this place was perfect for us. It was clean, cute, perfect amount of space, and had great food within walking distance. Definitely recommend Home Team BBQ right down the street. It’s also about a 15 min drive to downtown Charleston and 20 to the beach.

Host was very nice and communicated well about everything. Everything is on the upper level. Bedrooms were comfortable, and both bathrooms were nice to have with showers and one bathtub. Clean linens and towels are provided. patio is nice to relax outside of living room. Location is about 15 minutes drive to the city market and French quarter, and the neighborhood is fairly quiet. We enjoyed staying here.

We had a wonderful stay! The accommodations were exactly as described—beautiful, clean, and perfectly comfortable for the four of us in town for a wedding. The balcony was a lovely spot to relax, enjoy the breeze, and listen to the birds. We also loved having a great coffee shop and a delicious BBQ spot just a short walk away. Josie and Warrick were incredible hosts—responsive, welcoming, and thoughtful. We enjoyed it so much that we’re already planning to re-book for our next trip in April for another wedding. Thank you again!

If you’re looking for a place close to downtown Charleston, within walking distance to restaurants and boutique shops this is your place! Baby friendly if you need it to be, this modern farmhouse exceeded expectations. Hosts are amazing! Don’t scroll past this one, book it!!!

Our stay was great. The house is very clean and updated. The owners are on the property in a separate house. They were very responsive to questions we had. Close to everything. The BBQ restaurant (Home Team) was awesome and in walking distance of the house. There were a couple of things I wanted to mention, there is a long set of stairs to get to the main house and the living room needs curtains for privacy and light coming in. Overall, great stay and we would stay here again.

Excellent Place!

Very clean, spacious and accommodating. We had 4 adults, a 10 year old and a 2 year old and we were all very comfortable. The included pack and play and toys were a huge hit with our 2 year old. Balcony was a awesome bonus. Hosts were very friendly and communication was was flawless. We will be staying here again when we are back in Charleston.

Lovely hosts and great location

This was perfect for our family of 3. Very clean which is important for families with young kids who like to touch everything! The location is a short drive to downtown and the beach. Hosts were wonderful! We didn't bring enough pull ups for my kid and luckily Josie had extras!

Excellent location, property and hosts!

We travel quite a bit and this was an excellent property to take in all that Charleston and the surrounding area offers. The owners communication was excellent and their property was spotless and so comfortable. This will certainly be on our list to travel to again ! Thank you Josie and Warrick!

Perfect getaway

This property was perfect for our stay as it is comfortable, well maintained, well stocked, and a good location for most everywhere you need to go. Only 20 or so minutes from the beach (depending on traffic of course), 15-20 minutes from anything downtown, and just a few minutes from grocery stores and such. This was our second time staying here, and both stays were enjoyable and comfortable. Will definitely be back for future visits.

We are two adult couples and the house was perfect for us. Two king beds, a spacious living area, a comfortable airy porch, and a well-equipped kitchen. It was everything we could want. The best part was Josie, who was so quick to respond to questions and who had the best ever restaurant recommendations! We would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay!!!!

Myself and 4 others ladies stayed her for a girls outing in Charleston SC. It was the perfect place. The accommodations were great and very updated. Beautiful place to stay. We couldn’t walk to many places but it was a short drive to see downtown, rainbow row, straw market, and lots of restaurants. The owners told us places we need to go, and they were right! Highly recommend this house!!!

We loved visiting Charleston for the first time.

Property and owners were great ! However having not been to Charleston before we thought the property was going to be walking distance to downtown/ king street.

Great stay in West Ashley

Convenient location with kind host!

Property was clean and organized! Comfortable beds. We landed late in Charleston and Josie had taken the time to set up the pack n play for us so we could get the baby to bed right away. There is a gate at the top of the stairs to keep kiddos safe. Thanks for the great stay.

Walking and Bike path with access to a few parks and playgrounds with tennis and basketball courts, baseball fields, and more. The Charleston Greenway is within walking distance to this home! The bicycle/pedestrian path system consists of over 42 miles of interconnected paths linking the City's parks, schools, neighborhoods, historic and natural landmarks and commercial areas.
